«Պետությունը թքած ունի զինվորի կյանքի վրա»․ 4 ամիս անհետ կորած զինծառայողի կնոջը չեն ընդունել ՊՆ-ում

Չորս ամիս է՝ պայմանագրային զինծառայող Վահե Մանուկյանն անհետ կորած է։ Մանուկյանի կինը՝ Լիանա Մելիքսեթյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ  երկու օր առաջ՝ մարտի 10-ին, երկու մանկահասակ երեխաների հետ Պաշտպանության նախարարություն է գնացել՝ նախարարի հետ հանդիպելու նպատակով, բայց ՊՆ-ի ընդունարանում նրան ասել են, թե նախարարը Կառավարության նիստի է եւ չի կարող հանդիպում ունենալ։

«Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ նամակ էի գրել Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը եւ խնդրել, որ աջակցություն տրամադրեն երեխաներիս, մինչեւ ամուսնուս՝ Վահեին, ինչ-որ կարգավիճակ կտրվի, մահացածի կամ էլ գերիի։ Պատասխան չստանալով, որոշեցի անձամբ գալ նախարարություն, բայց ինձ ոչ ոք չընդունեց։

Այսինքն՝ ՊՆ-ում նորմալ մարդ չկար, որ հանդիպեր անհետ կորած զինծառայողի ընտանիքի հետ, երեւի ասելու բան չունեին։ Ստացվում է, որ պետությունը թքած ունի զինվորի կյանքի վրա, բա անհետ կորածի կինը, անչափահաս երեխաների հետ Եղեգնաձորից հասնում է Երեւան, որ մի լուր իմանա իր ամուսնուց, բայց չեն էլ բարեհաճում ընդունել։ Անգամ չգիտեն՝ ես հացի փող ունե՞մ, որ էդքան ճամփեն կտրել, հասել եմ Երեւան, ու ՊՆ-ից ոչ ոք ինձ չի ընդունում»,-  նեղսրտեց Լիանան։

33-ամյա Վահե Մանուկյանը անհետ կորել է 2021թ.–ի նոյեմբերի 12–ին։ Նա ծառայում էր Վայոց Ձորի մարզում եւ վերջին հերթափոխն էր իրականացնում, քանի որ ավարտվում էր պայմանագրի ժամկետը։

Պայմանագրային զինծառայողի անհետանալու փաստով Վայքի ռազմական ոստիկանությունում 2021թ.–ի նոյեմբերի 22–ին քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 361–րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով (զորամասը կամ ծառայության վայրն ինքնակամ թողնելը)։

Գործը գտնվում է նախաքննության փուլում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ  Վահե Մանուկյանի անհետացման վերաբերյալ ձեռքբերված տվյալները հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։

Ավելի վաղ մեզ հետ զրույցում Լիանան պատմել էր, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում է անհետացել ամուսինը։

«Ամուսինս եւ իր հետ ծառայող ընկերը 44–օրյա պատերազմի մասնակից էին, ընկերը, որը պատերազմի հետեւանքով ոտքի վնասվածք ուներ,  այդ օրը Վահեին խնդրել էր վերեւի դիրքից իր իրերը իջեցնել։ Վահեն չի մերժել եւ գնացել է ընկերոջ իրերը բերելու։ Այդ ընթացքում ամուսինս ինձ հետ հեռախոսով զրուցում էր, ես դրա շնորհիվ է, որ որոշ չափով գիտեմ՝ ինչ է կատարվել։ Այդ ընթացքում ոչ մի արտառոց բան չեմ նկատել։ Վահեն ուզեց տղայիս հետ խոսել, բայց երախան դրսում  խաղում էր։  Ես անջատեցի հեռախոսը, երկու րոպե անց երբ  հետ զանգեցի, որ տղայիս հետ խոսի, ամուսնուս հեռախոսն արդեն անհասանելի էր»,– պատմել է կինը։

Չորս ամիսների ընթացքում Լիանային չի հաջողվել ամուսնու ծառայակիցներից որեւե տեղեկություն ստանալ Վահեի անհետացման վերաբերյալ։  Նրա խոսքով՝ մի անգամ հեռախոսազանգ է ունեցել ամուսնու այն ծառայակցի հետ, որի իրերը դիրքից իջեցնելու խնդրանքով էր Վահեն բարձրացել դիրք եւ անհետ կորել, բայց նա էլ որեւէ տեղեկություն չի տվել Լիանային։

«Ասաց՝ «ես ոչինչ չգիտեմ, չունեմ պատասխան տալու»։ Էս չորս ամսվա ընթացքում էդ մարդը նույնիսկ մի անգամ դուռս չի բացել, ասի՝ եկել եմ տեսնեմ երեխեքդ ոնց են, ի վերջո իր խնդրանքով էր ամուսինս բարձրացել դիրք»,- նկատեց Լիանան։

Լիանա Մելիքսեթյանը չունի փաստաբան, որը կարող էր որպես պաշտպան ներգրավվել հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում եւ նախաքննությանը հայտնի դարձած տվյալներին տիրապետեր։

Լիանան երեք մանկահասակ տղաների հետ ապրում է Եղեգնաձորում։ Նա սպասում է իր չորրորդ զավակին, ապրում՝ վարձով եւ չի աշխատում։
