SOCIETYՀրատապ դիմել եմ միջազգային համապատասխան գործընկերներիս, Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ, ՌԴ և Ֆրանսիայի դեսպաններին՝ ակնկալելով հրատապ արձագանք և դատապարտող հայտարարություն Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր գործողությունների կապակցությամբ՝ նպաստելու Արցախում բնականոն կյանքի վերականգնմանը։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը:
«Ադրբեջանի շարունակական հանցավոր քաղաքականությունը՝ միտված Արցախում ապրող խաղաղ բնակչության ահաբեկմանը, կյանքի և մյուս հիմնարար իրավունքների ոտնահարմանը, Արցախի հայաթափմանը, խիստ վտանգավոր և բացարձակ անթույլատրելի կետի է հասել: Արցախը կանգնած է ՀՈՒՄԱՆԻՏԱՐ ՃԳՆԱԺԱՄԻ շեմին:
Կապի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ջրի մատակարարման պարբերական խափանումների հետ մեկտեղ մարտի 8-ից Արցախի Հանրապետության ողջ բնակչությունը զրկված է գազամատակարարումից։ «Արցախգազ» ՓԲԸ-ի տեղեկությամբ մարտի 8-ին Շուշի-Զառիֆլու բնակավայրերի տարածքում, որը գտնվում է ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության ներքո, տեղի է ունեցել վթար, որի հետևանքով վնասվել է մայրուղային բարձր ճնշման գազատարը։ Ադրբեջանը միտումնավոր կերպով արգելում է խնդրի կարգավորմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների իրականացմանը հայկական կողմից՝ չնայած ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությանը։
Արցախում ձյուն է տեղում, ցուրտ է, և առանց ջեռուցման երկար հնարավոր չէ գոյատևել: Ադրբեջանի այս պահվածքը, որը հակասում է միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին, խիստ դատապարտելի է: Արցախում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի կապակցությամբ միջազգային հանրության անտարբերության և Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր գործողություններին համարժեք չարձագանքելու պայմաններում Արցախի բնակիչների կյանքի իրավունքը վտանգված է։
Հրատապ դիմել եմ միջազգային համապատասխան գործընկերներիս, Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ, ՌԴ և Ֆրանսիայի դեսպաններին՝ ակնկալելով հրատապ արձագանք և դատապարտող հայտարարություն Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր գործողությունների կապակցությամբ՝ նպաստելու Արցախում բնականոն կյանքի վերականգնմանը։ Ադրբեջանի այս բացարձակ անթույլատրելի վարքագծի շարունակության դեպքում շուտով նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի պակաս կլինի Արցախում»,- գրել է նա:
