Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ցուցարարներն արդեն կես ժամից ավելի աղմուկով վիճարկում են բարիկադների վերածված «Սանիտեք» կազմակերպության աղբամանները առգրավելու ոստիկանության որոշումը (ֆոտոռեպորտաժ):
Երբ ոստիկանական շղթայի եւ բարիկադների միջեւ գտնվող բուֆերային գոտի ելավ Երեւանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը, նրան մոտեցավ հայտնի դերասան Հովհաննես Ազոյանը եւ խնդրել բացատրել այդ որոշման հիմքերը:
«Քաղաքացիներն ապօրինաբար վերցրել են մասնավոր ընկերության գույքը՝ աղբամանները: Դրանք անհրաժեշտ է վերադարձնել»,-հայտարարեց Օսիպյանը:
Ի պատասխան լրագրողներն առարկեցին, որ հունիսի 23-ին ոստիկաններն իրենք դիտավորյալ խլել են լրագրողների գույքը՝ ձայնագրող ու տեսանկարահանող տեխնիկան եւ իրենց վնաս հասցրել:
«Հետաքննություն է ընթանում: Ուղղակի պետք է երկարատեւ ժամանակ, որպեսզի մանրամասն ամեն ինչ ուսումնասիրվի»,-պատասխանեց Օսիպյանը:
Նշենք, որ հունիսի 23-ի երեկոյան ժամը 19:00-ից քաղաքացիները հավաքվել են Բաղրամյան պողոտայում, փակել այն եւ պահանջում են կասեցնել հունիսի 17-ին կայացրած որոշումը: Հունիսի 28-ին ցուցարարների մի մասը հեռացել էր Ազատության հրապարակ, իսկ մեծ մասը մնացել էր Բաղրամյան պողոտայում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ չնայած էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ ուղղված բազմաթիվ բողոք-ակցիաներին հունիսի 17-ին, ՀԾԿՀ հանձնաժողովի նիստում հաստատվել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի նոր սակագինը։ էլեկտրաէներգիան թանկացել է 6.93 դրամով՝ մեկ կՎտ/ժ-ի դիմաց 41.85 դրամից դառնալով 48.78 դրամ։ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» (ՀԷՑ) ընկերությունը առաջարկել էր էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեկ կիլովատտ/ժամը թանկացնել 17 դրամով:
