ԱԱԾ կողմից վնասազերծված զինված խմբի գործով կալանավորված ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ Վահան Շիրխանյանի փաստաբան Տիգրան Տեր-Եսայանն այսօր` դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, վերաքննիչ բողոք է ներկայացրել՝ իր պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար:

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբանն ասաց, որ Շիրխանյանն առողջական խնդիրներ ունի:

«Նրա առողջական խնդիրների մասին առաջին ատյանի դատարանում էլ ենք բարձրաձայնել, բայց  դատարանը հաշվի չառավ եւ նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց ընտրեց կալանավորումը »,- ասաց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ Վահան Շիրխանյանը, որը ձերբակալվել էր ԱԱԾ կողմից վնասազերծված զինված խմբի գործով, դեկտեմբերի 21-ին, դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորվել է: 

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ Հանցավոր համագործակցություն ստեղծելը կամ հանցավոր համագործակցությանը մասնակցելը, որը պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ վեցից տասը տարի ժամկետով՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա: Վահան Շիրխանյանը համաձայն չէ իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքի հետ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 25-ին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը Երեւանում վնասազերծել է ծանր հանցագործություն կազմակերպելու մեջ կասկածվող խմբի: ԱԱԾ-ի փոխանցմամբ, նոյեմբերի 25–ին ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ տան խուզարկության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են տարբեր տեսակի ինքնաձիգեր, ատրճանակներ, նռնականետեր (այդ թվում «մուխա» տեսակի), նռնակներ, պայթուցիկ նյութեր եւ պայթուցիկ սարքեր, կապի միջոցներ, փամփուշտներ, փամփշտակալներ, ռազմական հանդերձանք՝ այդ թվում զրահաբաճկոններ: Խուզարկության պահին առանձնատանը, Արթուր Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ, հավաքված են եղել հանցավոր խմբակցության 9 անդամները, որոնք ձերբակալվել են, ապա կալանավորվել։

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 1-ի եւ 2-րդ մասերով եւ 235–րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, այն է՝ Հանցավոր համագործակցություն ստեղծելը եւ դրան մասնակցել եւ Ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը: Ընդհանուր կալանավորվածների թիվը պաշտոնական տվյալով` 22 է:
