Այն, ինչ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն անում են Արցախի նկատմամբ, մտածված քաղաքականություն է: Այս մասին ասվում է ՀՀ Նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանի հայտարարությունում:

1. Մարտի 8-ից դիտավորությամբ վնասել են գազատարը և խոչընդոտում են վերանորոգումը:

2. Գազից, ջեռուցումից ու տաք ջրից [մինչև -5 աստիճան ցրտի պայմաններում] մտադրված զրկել են 100,000-ից ավելի խաղաղ բնակիչների, հիվանդանոցներ, դպրոցներ, մանկապարեզներ, երեխաների ու տարեցների` առաջացնելով հիմանիտար աղետ և մարդկանց իրավունքների զանգվածային խախտումներ:

3. Կրակում են Խրամորթ, Կարմիր Շուկա և մյուս գյուղերի վրա, թիրախավորում են մարդկանց ու նրանց տները, դպրոցներ: Ընդ որում, կրակում են ինչպես փոքր, այնպես էլ խոշոր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներով ու կրակում են թիրախային:

4. Արցախի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ կուտակել են ծանր ռազմական տեխնիկա, այդ թվում` տանկեր: Այդ ամենն անում են ցուցադրաբար:

5. Իրենց Զինված ուժերի տեղակայման դիրքերից բարձրախոսներով ուժի սպառնալիքով հայերենով ահաբեկում են խաղաղ բնակչությանը, որ լքեն իրենց հայրենի բնակավայրերը:

6. Այս ամենը ոչ թե իրարից կտրված արարքներ են, այլ միասնական քաղաքականության, մեկ միասնական շղթայի բաղկացուցիչ մասեր են. ատելության ու թշնամանքի քաղաքականություն, որ ունի էթնիկ ու կրոնական հիմքեր:

Էլ ինչպե՞ս է լինում ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը և էթնիկ զտումները: Տիպիկ քրեորեն պաժելի միջազգային հանցավոր վարքագիծ:
