ԵՄ-ն հայտարարել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի մուտքը Ուկրաինայի հակամարտություն կհանգեցնի համաշխարհային պատերազմի
SOCIETYԵթե ՆԱՏՕ-ն մտնի Ուկրաինայի շուրջ ծավալված հակամարտության մեջ, ապա այն կարող է վերածվել Երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի սկզբի։ Այս կարծիքը հայտնել է Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը երկուշաբթի օրը El Pais թերթին տված հարցազրույցում։
«Մենք անում ենք ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի չսրենք հակամարտությունը,- պնդել է նա:- Ռուսաստանը միջուկային տերություն է, և մենք լավ գիտենք, որ եթե այս հակամարտությունը տարածվի ՆԱՏՕ-ի և Ռուսաստանի շրջանականեր, ապա մենք կհասնենք Երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմին
Միշելը շեշտել է, որ մշտական կապի մեջ է Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հետ՝ հավելելով, որ Ուկրաինայի նախագահը ավելին է ցանկանում, սակայն ԵՄ-ին անդամնակցել նուրբ հարց է, որի վերաբերյալ ոչ բոլոր եվրոպական երկրներն ունեն նույն կարծիքը»:
