Այն, որ վերջին երեքուկես տարում Հայաստանի դիվանագիտությունը պարզապես բարձիթողի վիճակում է, ապացուցվել է ոչ մեկ անգամ: Իսկ ներկայումս՝ ստեղծված միջազգային ու տարածաշրջանային ճգնաժամի, Արցախի շուրջ զարգացումների ֆոնին, այդ փաստն առավել ցայտուն է երևում: Ի մասնավորի, երեկ կայացավ ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ մշտական կոմիտեի հատուկ նիստը, որը վերաբերում էր Ուկրաինայի հետ կապված իրադարձություններին: Մոտ երեք ժամ տևած նիստում հնչեցին բազմաթիվ կարծիքներ: Եվ թվում էր, թե այս նիստը, որին մասնակցում էին մի քանի տասնյակ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ, հիանալի առիթ էր մեր ազգային շահերի տեսանկյունից ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի թեմայի շրջանակներում խոսել Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված իրավիճակի, Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ գործողությունների, Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետի մասին և այլն:

Սակայն հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ձայնն այդպես էլ դուրս չեկավ: Ստացվում է, որ այս իշխանությունները նույնիսկ եղած հնարավորությունները չեն օգտագործում մեր խնդիրների առաջքաշման համար: Ի դեպ, այս համատեքստում նշենք, որ, դիվանագիտական մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները որևէ ներդրում չեն ունեցել Արցախում մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման դեմ օրերս Եվրախորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված բանաձևի հարցում:
