ՌԴ-ց Հայաստան ձեթի ներկրումը վտանգված չէ, ֆորսմաժորային վիճակներում ներկրումը կապահովվի ԵԱՏՄ այլ երկրներից․ փոխնախարար
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Դաշնությունից ձեթի ներկրումը Հայաստան վտանգված չէ, այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Հարցազրույց Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հետ» հաղորդաշարի ժամանակ ասել է էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարար Արման Խոջոյանը։
«Բուսական յուղի համաշխարհային շուկայի բավականի մեծ մասը բաժին է ընկնում Ռուսաստանին և Ուկրաինային։ Այս երկու երկրները համաշխարհային շուկայի գրեթե 50-60 տոկոսը իրենք են մատակարարում։ Օրինակ՝ Ուկրաինան արտադրում է շուրջ 6 մլն տոննա բուսական յուղ, Ռուսաստանը՝ 5 մլն տոննա։ Ուկրաինայի արտադրած 6 մլն տոննայի շուրջ 45 տոկոսն արտահանվում է, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանին արտադրածի շուրջ 25-30 տոկոսն է արտահանվում»,– ասել է նա։
Հարցին, թե Հայաստանը հիմնականում որտեղից է ներկրում բուսական յուղ, փոխնախարարը պատասխանել է, որ հիմնականում ՌԴ–ից, իսկ Ուկրաինայից՝ գրեթե չենք ներկրում։ «Հիմնական ծավալը ներմուծվում է Ռուսաստանից և մեր պահանջարկը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կազմում է 27 000 տոննա, այսինքն՝ մենք բավականին փոքր քանակ ենք սպառում»,– նշել է նա։
Ի պատասխան հարցին, թե արդյոք վտանգված է ձեթի ներկրումը, փոխնախարարը պատասխանել է․ «Իհարկե, ոչ։ Ինչի՞ համար, որովհետև մի վտանգ կար, որ ՌԴ–ում կար սերմացուի խնդիր, և որպեսզի նրանք գյուղատնտեսական սեզոնին արևածաղկի համապատասխան ցանք իրականացնեն, որպեսզի հետո դա մշակեն։ Կար այդպիսի ռիսկ սերմացուի հետ կապված ՌԴ–ում, բայց մեր գործընկերների հետ խոսակցության ժամանակ նրանք հավաստիացրին, որ այդ հարցը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ լուծված է, և գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները նույն հունով կիրականացվեն»։
Հաղորդավարի ճշտող հարցին, թե արդյոք ձեթի խնդիր չկա, փոխնախարարը պատասխանել է, որ ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում 2021-ի մարտի կայացվել է որոշում, որով աշխատանքային օպերատիվ խումբ է ստեղծվել։ «Այդ խմբի հիմնական առաքելությունն այն է, որ նույնիսկ եթե ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներում ԵԱՏՄ որևէ անդամ երկրում որևէ առաջնային ապրանքի դեֆիցիտ առաջանա, ապա այդ օպերատիվ խումբը պետք է արձագանքի, և ներմուծեն մյուս երկրներից, ապահովեն այդ երկրի պահանջարկը»,– ասել է նա։
Հարցին, այսինքն՝ եթե ձեթը քչանա, ապա ԵԱՏՄ-ն կուղարկի, Արման Խոջոյանը պատասխանել է․ «Հուսով ենք»։
