Արցախն ու արցախահայությունն այսօր մեր բոլորի և մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի կարիքն ունեն
Ավարտվեց աշխատանքային այցս Արցախ։ Դժվար է առանց էմոցիաների ամփոփել այն։ Վիրավոր Արցախն այսօր լրջագույն փորձությունների մեջ է․ անվտանգային խնդիրներին, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով եկող սպառնալիքներին, քաղաքական չլուծված հարցերին ավելացել է նաև հումանիտար աղետը, որի միջոցով թշնամին փորձում է հոգեբանական ճնշման ենթարկել Արցախում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցներին։
Ստեփանակերտում իմ ունեցած մի շարք հանդիպումների առանցքում հենց այս հարցերն էին՝ սոցիալական ու հումանիտար խնդիրներից մինչև ռազմական և անվտանգային մարտահրավերներ։ Խնդիրներն իսկապես շատ են, և ամեն հաջորդ այցիս ժամանակ ցավով արձանագրում եմ, որ դրանք ավելի են շատանում։ Այս ամենի հետ կապված քննարկումներ ունեցա, կարծիքներ փոխանակեցի արցախցի գործընկերներիս հետ, տեղում ծանոթացա հանրությանը հուզող հարցերին։
Այն ամենն, ինչ անձամբ տեսա ու լսեցի Արցախում խիստ մտահոգիչ էր։ Ոչ բոլոր խնդիրների լուծումներն եմ այս պահի դրությամբ հստակ պատկերացնում, բայց մի հարցում առավել քան վստահ եմ՝ այսօր բոլորս պիտի համախմբվենք Արցախի շուրջ ու Արցախի համար, օր առաջ պիտի սկսենք աշխատել լուծումներ գտնելու ուղղությամբ, այլապես կկանգնենք Արցախից մնացած փոքր հատվածն էլ կորցնելու իրական վտանգի առաջ։
Ցավոք, այսքան բարդ իրավիճակում Հայաստանում չկան իշխանություններ, որ կամք ու վճռականություն կդրսևորեն լուծումներ գտնելու հարցում։ Ուստի մնում է ապավինել միայն սեփական ուժերին․ մենք բոլորս ու մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը, հատկապես՝ քաղաքական ուժերը, պիտի կոնսոլիդացվենք Արցախի շուրջ, պիտի կանգնենք մեր արցախահայության թիկունքին։
Մեր քաղաքական ուժը մոտ օրերս քննարկումներ կնախաձեռնի՝ հասկանալու և մշակելու համար այս ուղղությամբ մեր անելիքները։ Նախատեսում ենք հնարավորինս արագ և հնարավորինս խորքային մոտեցում դրսևորել՝ գործողությունների ծրագիր մշակելու և լուծումներ գտնելու ուղղությամբ։
