INTERVIEWՍյունիքի մարզի Կապան համայնքի Ներքին Հանդ գյուղում մարտի 3–ից 5–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ադրբեջանական Զինված ուժերը մոտ մեկ կիլոմետր առաջ են եկել եւ վրաններ տեղադրել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ներքին Հանդի վարչական ղեկավար Խաչատուր Բաղդասարյանը։
«Սահմանից իջել են մեր տարածքում նստել։ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում տեղյակ են, եկել են պոստ դրել։ Ադրբեջանական կողմի դիրքից դիտարկվում է գյուղի գերեզմանոցը, խմելու ջրի ակունքները նույնպես դիտարկվում են, մեր գյուղի արոտավայրերը գտնվում են այդ հատվածում, բնակիչները մտավախություն ունեն այնտեղ գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ կատարել։ Բարերարը տնկիներ են բերել, որ գյուղացիները այգիներ հիմնեն, բայց հիմա մարդիկ չեն կարող այդ տարածքում աշխատել, վտանգավոր է»,– ասաց Խաչատուր Բաղդասարյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ Կապանի համայնքապետ Գեւորգ Փարսյանը առաջին օրվանից տեղյակ է խնդրից եւ պարբերաբար այցելում է իրենց համայնք։
