Նիկոլի ձեռքը կրակն ընկած ու աշխարհով մեկ խայտառակ եղած ՊՆ-ն` երեկ ասել է, որ ազերները ոչ թե առաջ են եկել դեպի Ներքին Հանդ գյուղ, այլ վերադարձել են իրենց դիրքերը: Ուշացումով եմ արձագանքում, որովհետև հրաժարվում էի հավատալ, որ սա մեր ՊՆ-ի պատասխանն է հայ ժողովրդին:
 
Այսինքն ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ տարածքում կան սեզոնային «դիրքեր», ու հակառակորդը երբ ցանկանա կլքի այն ու երբ ցանկանա` կվերադառնա:
 
Այսինքն, ըստ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի` ձմեռը հավես չկա սահման պահելու, իսկ գարնան դեմ` հաճելի՞ է: Սա ի՞նչ աչքակապություն է:
Փաստորեն, թուրքերն էլ են Նիկոլի պես մտածում. ձմռանը եղանակը թույլ չտվեց բարձունքը պահենք, դրա համար հակառակորդը գրավեց ու առ այսօր չի լքում Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքը:
 
Բա եթե այդպես է, դուք ինչու՞ չդիրքավորվեցիք այդ նույն տարածքներում և փոխարենը ինչու՞ չեք ստիպում թշնամուն հեռանալ մեր ինքնիշխան տարածքներից:
 
ԳՇ-ում ծառայող պարոնայք սպաներ, (եթե այդպիսիք մնացել են), երբևէ կմտածեի՞ք, որ ստիպված կլինեք ձեր իսկ պաշտպանության տարածքում արդարացնել թուրքերի ազատ առաջխաղացումը: Ես հասկանում եմ, որ նիկոլականները երկիրը դրել են թուրքի ոտքի տան, ու ձեզ էլ օգտագործում են իրենց կեղտոտ քաղաքական հաշվարկներում:
Ամո´թ է, լռեիք` ավելի ճիշտ կլիներ, քան նման պարզաբանում տայիք Ներքին Հանդի վերաբերյալ: Համայնքի ղեկավարն ու գյուղի բնակիչներն են ստիպված ձեզ հակադարձում, էլ քանի՞ կոպեկ արժե ձեր ծառայությունը:
