«Հայոց աշխարհ». Ընդդիմադիր ճամբարը վերադասավորման շեմին է

«Կես կատակ, կես լուրջ ասված մի դիտարկում, թե՝ Հայաստանում իշխանափոխությունից առաջ նախ պետք է ընդդիմությունափոխություն անել, բնորոշում է անցնող տարվա ընթացքում ներքաղաքական կյանքում եւ հատկապես ընդդիմադիր հատվածում դիտարկված զարգացումները:
Ներքաղաքական առումով տարվա հիմնական իրադարձություններից մեկը, հարկավ, փետրվարին արձանագրված լարվածությունն էր՝ իր ոչ պակաս ուժեղ հանգուցալուծմամբ: Հարկ է նկատել, որ այս տարվա փետրվարին տեղի ունեցածը շարունակությունն ու, ինչ-որ տեղ՝ կանխատեսելի և տրամաբանական ավարտն էր դեռ անցյալ տարի թափ հավաքած գործընթացի, որի հիմնական գործող անձի դերում հանդես էր գալիս, այսպես ասած, «ոչ իշխանական քառյակը»:
Ճիշտ է, երբ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացը մեկնարկեց, ՀՅԴ-ն, որի դիրքորոշումը պարզ ու հայտնի էր, ստիպված եղավ լքել ոչ իշխանականների «ֆեդերացիան», քանզի մյուսները ավելի արմատական հռետորաբանությամբ էին հանդես գալիս այդ խնդրում: Մի խոսքով, քառյակը հընթացս ու սահուն վերածվեց եռյակի, ի դեմս ԲՀԿ-ՀԱԿ-«Ժառանգություն» համագործակցության:
Ի՛նչն է ուշագրավ: Երբ ոչ իշխանականները դեռ քառյակ էին, որոշակի հակակշռի դեր էին կատարում և անկասկած շատ ավելի նկատելի ազդեցություն ունեին քաղաքական գործընթացների, ընդունվող որոշումների վրա:
իրավիճակում, երբ պաշտոնական տվյալներով, գրեթե կես միլիոն քաղաքացի «ոչ» է ասում իշխանությունների առաջարկած նախագծին, իսկ արմատական հայտարարություններով հանդես եկող ՀԱԿ-ն ու «Ժառանգությունը» առանձին-առանձին և անգամ միասին հազիվ մի քանի հարյուր մշտական ունկնդիրների են կարողանում հրապարակ բերել, ակնհայտ է, որ խնդիր ունեն հենց այդ ուժերն ու գործիչները:
Դա ավելի վաղ էլ էր նկատելի, պարզապես քաղաքական հիմնական իրադարձությունները նպաստեցին, որ խնդիրները ցայտուն ու տեսանելի լինեն բոլորին:
Պատահական չէ, որ ակտիվ քաղաքականության մեջ գտնվողները դա ավելի շուտ նկատեցին: Եվ վերը հիշատակված «ընդդիմությունափոխության» գործընթացը, կարելի է ասել, այս տարի որոշակի զարգացում արձանագրեց: Այստեղ կարելի է վերստին հիշատակել ե՛ւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Քաղպայմանագիրը», ե՛ւ Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանի «Ալյանսը», ե՛ւ Էդմոն Մարուքյանի «Լուսավոր Հայաստանի» մեկնարկը»,-գրում է թերթը:
