Այսօր՝ մարտի 17-ին ոստիկանները Երևանում իրականացրել են հատուկ օպերացիա, որի շրջանակում վնասազերծվել ու ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին է բերման  ենթարկվել  Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ, 41-ամյա Մարտին Հակոբջանյանը։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը:

Վերջինս հետախուզման մեջ էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի  178 հոդվածի  2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 5-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ նշված քրեական գործը հարուցված է եղել ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում և դատարանի որոշմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը: 

Պարզվել է, որ Հակոբջանյանը 2021թ.-ի փետրվար, մարտ, ապրիլ ամիսներին 2020 թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից  Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծած պատերազմի ժամանակ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Մարտունի, Երևան, Աբովյան և Մասիս քաղաքների վարչական շրջաններում անհետ կորած ժամկետային զինծառայողների հարազատներին խաբեությամբ մոլորության մեջ է  գցել և հավաստիացրել է, որ նրանց որդիները  զոհված չեն և գտնվում են գերության մեջ՝ Բաքվի բանտերում:

Ասել է, որ ինքը Ադրբեջանում ընկերական կապերը օգտագործելով, կարող է գերության մեջ գտնվող զինվորներին տեղափոխել Վրաստան կամ Ռուսաստանի  Դաշնություն,  որտեղից էլ Հայաստան:

Հակոբջանյանը, խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, պահանջել և բանկային փոխանցման  միջոցով անհայտ կորած ժամկետային զինծառայողների ծնողներից և հարազատներից ստացել է  առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար:
