Իշխանությունը մտադիր է օրենքը շրջանցելով՝ Վանաձորի համայնքապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար նշանակել։ Բանն այն է, որ քաղաքի ղեկավար ընտրելը կասեցրել են, եւ քաղաքը դարձել է անկառավարելի։ Օրինակ, ապրիլի 1-ից ավարտվում է աղբահանություն իրականացնող ընկերությունների հետ կնքված պայմանագրի ժամկետը, եւ եթե համայնքը չունենա ղեկավար, գնումներ չիրականացվեն, նոր պայմանագրեր չկնքվեն, Վանաձորում հնարավոր չի լինի օրենքի շրջանակում իրականացնել աղբահանություն։
«Մամիկոն Ասլանյան դաշինքի» ավագանու անդամ Արթուր Օհանյանը մեզ ասաց, թե իրենք եւս լսել են, որ ուզում են ԺՊ նշանակել, բայց հույս ունեն, որ այդքան բացահայտ օրենքը չեն խախտի։ Դաշինքն այսօր ավագանու նիստ է հրավիրել, որպեսզի հաստատի ավագանու կանոնակարգը․ «Ավագանին պետք է ընդունի կանոնակարգ, համաձայն որի՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով իր լիազորություններն է կարգավորում, դիցուք՝ սահմանում է հանձնաժողովների թիվը, անունները, ինչ գործառույթներ ունեն եւ այլն»։
Սակայն համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմը, որը պետք է նախապատրաստի նիստը, Օհանյանի խոսքով, ոչինչ չի արել․ «Պետք է 24 ժամ առաջ հայտարարեին նիստը, չեն արել։ Աշխատակազմը թերանում է այս հարցում, եթե ավելի կոշտ չձեւակերպեմ»։
Հրահա՞նգ են ստացել։
«Իրենք ասում են, որ հունվարի 24-ին մեր կողմից հրավիրված արտահերթ նիստից հետո դիմել են արդարադատության նախարարություն, պատասխան են ստացել, որ օրենքը բաց է, իբր մենք չէինք կարող արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրել, քանի համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրված չէ, մենք էլ ասում ենք՝ կարող ենք։ Հիմա դիմել ենք աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին, որ կազմակերպչական աշխատանքները՝ իրենց պարտականությունները կատարեն, բայց պատասխանում են, թե ձեռնպահ կմնան»։
Օհանյանն ասաց, որ մարտի 18-ին, անկախ ամեն ինչից, իրենք կներկայանան նիստին:
