«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տևական ժամանակ է՝ իշխանությունների համառ ջանքերով Վանաձորը համայնքի ղեկավար չունի, և համայնքային բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ մնում են չլուծված, քաղաքապետարանը, ըստ էության, կաթվածահար վիճակում է: Քանի որ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին կայացած ընտրությունների ժամանակ ՔՊ-ն փաստացի պարտվել էր (9 մանդատ), իսկ հաղթող ուժը «Մամիկոն Ասլանյան» դաշինքն էր (15 մանդատ), Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չկարողացավ մարսել այս հանգամանքը, ինչի արդյունքում Վանաձորի նախկին քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը հայտնվեց անազատության մեջ, որպեսզի քաղաքապետ չընտրվի:
Եվ ահա, թերթն արդեն պատրաստ էր տպագրության, երբ մեզ տեղեկություններ հասան, որ իշխանություններն այստեղ գտել են իրենց «սրտի» լուծումը: «Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրները փոխանցում էին, որ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է Վանաձոր համայնքի ղեկավարի ժ/պ նշանակել Ակա մականունով Արկադի Փելեշյանին, որը ավագանու ընտրություններին գլխավորում էր Հայաստանի աշխատավորական սոցիալիստական կուսակցության ցուցակը և ստացել էր 5 մանդատ: Ի դեպ, Փելեշյանը հատկապես հայտնի է նրանով, որ պարբերաբար հայտնվում է տարբեր սկանդալներում, ավելին՝ ոչ մեկ անգամ հայտնվել է իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
Առցանց ԶԼՄ-ների հպանցիկ ուսումնասիրությունն անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ նա, մասնավորաբար, 2008 թվականին դատապարտվել է խուլիգանության համար (ըստ դատավճռի, նա ակոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում, իր ընկերների հետ գնացել է Վանաձորի խանութներից մեկը, վիճել է խանութի աշխատողների հետ, հայհոյելով խախտել է խանութի բնականոն աշխատանքը, խանգարել է բնակիչների անդորրը, ջարդել է խանութում եղած ապրանքները), դրանից մի քանի տարի առաջ էլ ծեծել էր տեղի Ավետարանական հավատքի քրիստոնեական եկեղեցու հոգևոր առաջնորդին, և այլն, և այլն:
Հավելենք նաև, որ այս ամբողջ ընթացքում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն, Փելեշյանը ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանի հովանավորյալն է:
