Համաշխարհային ֆինանսական ինստիտուտները զգուշացնում են ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի տնտեսական հետեւանքների մասին

Մի խումբ առաջատար ֆինանսական վարկատուներ, այդ թվում՝ Համաշխարհային բանկը, Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը եւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի զարգացման բանկը, նախազգուշացրել են Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի «համատարած» տնտեսական հետեւանքների մասին:
«Ողջ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը կզգա ճգնաժամի հետեւանքները դանդաղ աճի, առեւտրի խափանումների եւ ավելի կտրուկ գնաճի պատճառով»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ: Նշվում է, որ հակամարտությունը հարված է հասցրել էներգիառեսուրսների եւ սննդի մատակարարմանը, ինչը հանգեցրել է աղքատության աճին։
«Հետեւանքներն ընդարձակ կլինեն՝ էներգիայի եւ սննդի մատակարարումների կրճատումից մինչեւ գների բարձրացում եւ աղքատություն, ինչպես նաեւ Ուկրաինայի զանգվածային վերականգնում․ այդ ամենը կխոչընդոտի հետհամավարակային վերականգնմանն ամբողջ աշխարհում:
Ամբողջ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը կզգա ճգնաժամի հետեւանքները դանդաղ աճի, առեւտրի խափանումների եւ բարձր գների տեսքով, ինչը հատկապես կվնասի ամենաաղքատ եւ խոցելի խավերին։ Երկրները, հատկապես՝ Ուկրաինայի հարեւանները, կբախվեն առեւտրի, մատակարարման շղթաների եւ դրամական փոխանցումների խափանումներին, ինչպես նաեւ փախստականների հոսքի աճին: Վստահության նվազումը եւ ներդրողների անորոշության բարձրացումը կազդեն ակտիվների գների վրա, կխստացնեն ֆինանսական պայմանները եւ նույնիսկ կարող են հանգեցնել զարգացող շուկաներից կապիտալի արտահոսքի»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
