Ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին Ադրբեջանը կարող է անցնել հարձակման․ Հրանտ Բագրատյան
VIDEOՌուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը կարող է հարմար առիթ հանդիսանալ, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանն անցնի հարձակման։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 19-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Հայաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։
«Իրենք առիթ են ման գալիս հարձակվելու համար, լավ առիթ կարող է լինել ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը։ Եղանակների տաքացմանը զուգընթաց՝ ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին Ադրբեջանը կարող է անցնել հարձակման։ Հայտնի փաստ է, որ թուրքերը լեռներում՝ ցեխերի մեջ չեն կռվում։ Այսքան ժամանակ մեկ անգամ են թուրքերը ձմեռային եղանակի ժամանակ հարձակման անցել՝ 1993 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Քելբաջարում»,- նշեց Բագրատյանը։
Բագրատյանի խոսքով՝ պետք է ամեն կողմից պաշտպանական ամուր համակարգ ստեղծել, հակառակ դեպքում՝ փորձերը թուրքերի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ձախողված են։
«Այս իշխանությունը հավատում է, որ Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի հետ քաղաքական պայմանավորվածությունները բավարար են մեր սուվերեն տարածքը պաշտպանելու համար։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը ի զորու չէ զուգորդել քաղաքական ջանքերը ռազմականի հետ։ Ամենալավ փաստաթղթերը ստորագրեք, ոչ մի բան չի բերելու»,- ընդգծեց նախկին վարչապետը։
Բագրատյանն առաջարկում է՝ ստեղծել ռազմականացված բնակավայրեր, ինքնապաշտպանական դասեր անցկացնել մեծահասակ կանանց եւ տղամարդկանց հետ, կառուցել կապսուլներ։
«Կապսուլները բետոնյա կառույցներ են, որոնց «Բայքրաքթար»-ը որքան էլ խփի, չի վնասի։Երեխեքին խրամատը չի պաշտպանում»,- ասաց Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։
