INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանը եսասիրական շահ չունի խոչընդոտելու Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրի (ԳՀՀԾ) վերականգնմանը, քանի որ Իրանի դեմ նավթի էմբարգոյի վերացումը թույլ կտա ԱՄՆ-ին փոխարինել ռուսական նավթը համաշխարհային շուկայում, Մոսկվան երբեք չի դավաճանի իր ընկերներին, ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
«Մենք երբեք չենք դավաճանում մեր ընկերներին քաղաքականության մեջ: Վենեսուելան մեր ընկերն է, Իրանը մեզ շատ մոտ պետություն է: Երկրորդ, մենք մեր մաշկի մասին չենք մտածում: Իսկ ամերիկացիներն իրենց կաշվի մասին են մտածում: Նրանք իսկապես սկսել են մտածել՝ «ռուսներին պետք է դաս տալ, այդ դեպքում Աստված Կարակասի ռեժիմի հետ, Աստված Իրանի հետ, եկեք արագ վերականգնենք այդ ծրագիրը, միայն թե մենք հիմա պատժենք ռուսներին», - ասել է Լավրովը «Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդները» մրցույթի մասնակիցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
Ըստ նրա՝ սա այն խնդիրների արտացոլումն է, որոնք կապված են ոչ այնքան միջազգային կառույցների, որքան այսպես կոչված ժողովրդավարության հետ, որը, ինչպես պարզվեց, ամենևին էլ լիբերալ և ամենևին էլ դեմոկրատական չէ։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը նաեւ նշել է, որ հիմքեր չի տեսնում ենթադրելու, որ ՕՊԵԿ + մեխանիզմը կկործանվի, դա ոչ մեկին չի հետաքրքրում։
Իրանը և Վենեսուելան ընդունում են այն դիրքորոշումը, որ միայն ՕՊԵԿ +-ը կարող է պայմանավորվել յուրաքանչյուր մասնակցի քվոտաների շուրջ, ասել է Լավրովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Ռուսաստանից նավթը փոխարինելու ԱՄՆ-ի ցանկությունը։
