ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը գրել է, որ հանրային քննարկման են ներկայացրել արհեստագործական և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության մասին օրենքի փոփոխությունները, որով առաջարկում ենք.

– ներդնել քոլեջների և ուսումնարանների աշխատողների ատեստավորման և տարակարգի մեխանիզմներ՝ դրույքաչափի փոփոխության և հավելավճարի սահմանման հնարավորություններով,
– քոլեջներում և ուսումնարաններում հանրակրթական առարկա դասավանդողներին տալ հնարավորություն՝ ներգրավվել Հանրակրթության օրենքով ուսուցիչների համար նախատեսված ծրագրերին,
– ներդնել տրանսպորտային ծախսերի փոխհատուցման մեխանիզմ ուսանողների և դասախոսների համար,
– քոլեջների և ուսումնարանների համար սահմանել, որ դրանք կարող են ունենալ կազմակերպաիրավական ցանկացած ձև, որ նախատեսված է օրենսդրությամբ, ինչով կստեղծվի իրավական հնարավորություն՝ մասնավորի հետ համատեղ կառավարման մոդելների ամբողջական ներդրման համար։

Նշեմ, որ GIZ-ի գործընկերների աջակցությամբ մշակվել է մասնագիտական կրթության և ուսուցման ամբողջությամբ նոր օրենքը, որը ներկայում աշխատանքային քննարկման փուլում է։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ նոր օրենքն ավելի մանրամասն ու երկար քննարկումների կարիք ունի՝ որոշել ենք ավելի հրատապ խնդիրները կարգավորել այս փուլում։
