ԱՄՆ-ը «գործ տալը» խրախուսող ծրագիր է գործարկել․ Զախարովա
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ-ը ներկայիս բարդ տնտեսական պայմաններում (ինֆլյացիան կեսդարյա ռեկորդներ է սահմանում, բենզինի գները անասելի բարձրացել են), ըստ ամենայնի, որոշել է աջակցել իր ժողովրդին եւ «գործ տալը» խրախուսող ծրագիր է գործարկել: Այս մասին իր Telegram-ալիքում գրել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
«Վաշինգտոնն իր քաղաքացիներին կոչ է արել ուր հարկն է հայտնել «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության մասնակցությամբ կոռուպցիոն գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված բոլոր միջոցների մասին»: Նրանք ֆինանսական պարգեւներ են խոստացել։
Ստեղծագործելու ինչպիսի ասպարեզ, այնպես չէ՞: Հատկապես հաշվի առնելով հանկարծ եկած միջսեզոնային արձակուրդի շրջանը: Ամերիկյան իշխանությունները պետք է շտապեն, այլապես նման հանգամանքներում հանգստացողները հանկարծ նոստալգիա կունենան։ Համաձայնեք, սա տագնապալի նորություն է նրանց համար, ովքեր այժմ փորձում են շտապ ոսկեզօծ ձվեր դնել եվրոատլանտյան զամբյուղների մեջ։
Իհարկե, քանի որ ծրագիրը կոչվում է Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program, ապա առաջին հերթին ամերիկացիները պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնեն սեփական գործերին։ Ո՞ւր են, օրինակ, «աֆղանական միլիարդները»՝ հատկացված երկրի վերականգնմանն ու ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանը, ինչո՞ւ երեք ժամում վերցվեց Քաբուլը։ Ո՞ւր են գնում USAID ծրագրերին հատկացված միլիոնները։ Որտե՞ղ է արդյունքների հաշվետվությունը: Ինչի՞ հիման վրա է օտարերկրյա ակտիվների ապօրինի սառեցում կատարվում։ Ընդհանրապես, աշխատելու բան կա։
Բայց քանի որ ամերիկյան ֆիննախը որոշել է կենտրոնանալ մեր երկրի եւ նրա կառավարության անդամների վրա, ես ձեզ կուղղորդեմ։ Վերջին շրջանում Ռուսաստանի նախկին կառավարության օրեցօր ակտիվացող անդամ Անդրեյ Կոզիրեւը բավական հաճախ է հայտնվում արեւմտյան լրատվամիջոցներում։ Չե՞ն ուզում արդյո՞ք ամերիկյան պետական մարմինները, որոնք պատասխանատու են կոռուպցիայի եւ կաշառակերության դեմ պայքարի համար, հետաքրքրվել ԱՄՆ-ում ապրող այս քաղաքացու եկամուտների աղբյուրի, ինչպես նաեւ նրա բոլոր շփումների եւ գործարար կապերի մասին: Թե՞ օգնենք։
