Հայաստանում անցնող տարում մոտ 16 հազար մարդ տեղավորվել է աշխատանքի

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը, ամփոփելով անցնող տարին, փաստեց, որ 2015-ին ուշագրավ արդյունքներ են գրանցել իրենց ծրագրերի իրականացման շնորհիվ: «Շարունակվել են համակարգային բարեփոխումները սոցիալական ապահովության ոլորոտում: Մեծ ծավալի օրենսդրական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել, նոր սո ցիալական ծրագրեր են գործարկվել: Ողջ ծավալով մատուցվել են պլանավորված սոցիալական բոլոր ծառայություննրը»,-«Արմենպրես»-
Անդրադառնալով աշխատանքի և զբաղվածության ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերին` նախարարը նախ շեշտեց, որ իրենց նպատակն է` զբաղվածության ծրագրերին մասնակցող անձանց մեծամասնությունը լինի կայուն զբաղված, դրա համար էլ կառավարության որոշմամբ մոնիտորինգ է իրականացվում` հասկանալու, թե ծրագրերը որքանով են ծառայում իրենց նպատակին:
Արտեմ Ասատրյանի խոսքով` 2014-2015 զբաղվածության ոլորտում վարվող պետական քաղաքականությունն արմատապես փոխվել է` հիմքում դնելով աշխատանք փնտրող անձին աշխատանքով ապահովելու և աշխատանքի միջոցով եկամուտ ստանալու գաղափարախոսությունը: «Այդ ծրագրերում այս տարի ընդգրկվել է 11 հազար 270 մարդ, իսկ ընդհանուր հաշվով 15 հազար 782 մարդ այս տարի տեղավորվել է աշխատանքի, որից 6 հազար 285-ը սեզոնային զբաղվածության ծրագրով, շուրջ 400-ը` Տավուշի մարզում իրականացված վարձատրվող հասարակական աշխատանքների ծրագրով»,-տեղեկացրեց նախարարը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է սեզոնային զբաղվածության միջոցով գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների աջակցության ծրագրին, ապա դրա շրջանակներում 2014-ին 2 հազար 583 հողօգտագործողի աջակցելու համար տրամադրվել է 240 միլիոն 867.3 հազար դրամ, իսկ 2015-ին` 4 հազար 793 հողօգտագործողի` 849.3 միլիոն դրամ:
«Տավուշի մարզում վարձատրվող հասարակական աշխատանքների ծրագրում ներգրավվել է 44 սամանամերձ համայնք: Ծրագիրը մեկնարկել է նոյեմբերին ու երկու ամիսներին իրականացված փորձնական ծրագրի արդյունքները գոհացուցիչ են նախարարության համար, այդ ընթացքում 397 անձ ընդգրկվել է ծրագրում` մեկ աշխատանքային օրվա համար ստանալով 7 հազար դրամ»,-շեշտեց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:
