Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երևի աշխարհում ամենից հետաքրքիր բանը մշակույթն է. սկսած արվեստից մինչ մարդկային հարաբերություններ, վարք, արժեհամակարգ: Մենք հին ազգ ենք: Ունենք հազար թերություն, մի էդքան էլ առավելություններ, որոնց ներքո մենք տարիներ շարունակ մշակույթ ենք ստեղծում: Մի քիչ ինքներս մեր, մի քիչ՝ հարևանների ազդեցության ներքո, այսօր ունենք ինչ-որ սեգմենտային մշակութային ոչ միատար պլաստ, որ ինչպես ազգային է, այնպես էլ՝ ռեգիոնալ ու առանձին դրվագներով, նաև համաշխարհային:

Այսօր գնացել էի Է. Կուստուրիցայի համերգին: Փորձեմ կարճ բնորոշել. անհասկանալի, խառը ու փայլուն: Այն, ինչ կատարվում էր բեմում, ինձ՝ որպես նրա ֆիլմերի մի մասին ծանոթ մարդու համար հաճելի ու տարօրինակ էր: 6-7 հոգի հասուն տղամարդ իրենց բեմում պահում էին «մեծ երեխաների» պես ու փայլուն երաժշտական կատարումներ ունենում, այդ ամենին մասնակից դարձնում հանդիսատեսին: Մի տեսակ ամբողջ դահլիճը շնչում էր մեր ականջների համար մի քիչ տարօրինակ սերբական վերախմբագրմամբ մատուցվող երաժշտությամբ: Ես չգիտեմ՝ սերբական/հարավսլավական մշակույթն ինչ հիմքեր ունի, ավելին՝ ես շատ այդ ամենից չեմ էլ հասկանում, բայց ամեն բան արտակարգ էր:

Կարծում եմ՝ հաջողության գաղտնիքն այս պարագայում անկաշկանդ, ազատ ու ինքնաբավ մոտեցումն էր: «Կուստուրիցան ու ընկերները» առաջինն իրենց համար էին նվագում, ուրախանում, հետո նոր միայն հանդիսատեսի: Ապրում էին բեմում իրենց տարօրինակ կենցաղով ու փիլիսոփայությամբ: Իսկ մենք վայելում էինք այդ ամենը: Մշակույթը երբեմն չպետք է լինի ծանր, դեպրեսիվ ու պարտադրվող: Դրա մեջ չի միայն նրա խորությունն ու արժեքը:
