«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել բարձրագույն մասնագիտական կրթության մասնագիտությունների և որակավորումների ցանկում «Քույրական գործ» բակալավրի կրթական ծրագիր ընդգրկելու մասին կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը: Նշվում է, որ 2019 թ.-ի մայիսին ԱՀԿ-ն Հայաստանում գնահատողական այցի շրջանակներում մի շարք խնդիրների շարքում մատնանշել է նաև հետևյալը` բուժքույրերը ստանում են մասնագիտական ուսուցում բուժքույրական քոլեջներում, սակայն մեկ անգամ որակավորվում են և այնուհետ հետագա ուսուցման կազմակերպման հնարավորություններ նախատեսված չեն, ՀՀ-ում բուժքույրական գործելակերպը հետ է մնում միջազգային չափորոշիչներից, ինչն անբարենպաստ է ազդում բարձրորակ բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնելու հարցում: Ներկայումս Հայաստանում բուժքույրական կրթությունը հասանելի է միայն միջին մասնագիտական կրթության մակարդակում, այն տրամադրում են քոլեջները։

Սովորաբար եռամյա կրթական ծրագիր է, որը շնորհում է բուժքույրական գործի դիպլոմ: Ապագա բուժքույրերի նախապատրաստման վերաբերյալ հրահանգները ստանդարտացնում և տրամադրում են «քոլեջները»: Պետական բուժքույրական քոլեջներից երկուսը Երևանում են, մնացած ինը՝ Հայաստանի տարբեր շրջաններում: Ընդգծվում է, որ բուժքույրական գործի էությունն ու առանձնահատկությունները, որպես մասնագիտություն, թույլ են զարգացած Հայաստանում: Բուժքույրերը դժվարանում են գործել որպես անկախ մասնագետներ և առավել հաճախ գործում են որպես բժիշկների կցորդ: Հայաստանում գործող բուժքույրերը մասնագիտացված են հետևյալ բնագավառներում՝ ախտորոշիչ ծառայություններ (լաբորատորիա, ճառագայթաբանություն), բուժքույրական գործի կառավարում, մանկաբարձություն, դեղագործություն, ատամնաբուժական տեխնոլոգիա, բժշկական կոսմետոլոգիա և բուժական մերսում։

Գրանցված բուժքույրերից շատերը աշխատում են հիվանդանոցներում, պոլիկլինիկաներում և առողջության առաջնային պահպանման օղակի հաստատություններում։ Հայաստանի գյուղական համայնքներում բուժքույրերը և/կամ մանկաբարձները աշխատում են բուժկետում։

Բացի այդ, նրանք աշխատում են մասնավոր ախտորոշիչ կենտրոններում, ատամնաբուժական կլինիկաներում և ծերանոցներում։ Գերատեսչությունը նշում է, որ որոշ բուժքույրեր ստանձնում են իրենց մասնագիտական դերերը՝ ձեռք բերված փորձի, այլ ոչ թե մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման կամ կրթական ծրագրերի արդյունքում:
