Ոսկեպարում 3 տների բնակիչներին սեփականության վկայական չեն տալիս, ասում են՝ քարտեզով տները Ադրբեջանի տարածքում են․ գյուղապետ
SOCIETYՏավուշի մարզի Ոսկեպար գյուղի 3 բնակիչներ իրենց տները կառուցելիս ի վեր չեն կարողանում ստանալ սեփականության վկայական։ Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ Կադաստրի կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ այն տարածքները, որտեղ կառուցված են տները, ՀՀ տարածքում չեն գտնվում։
Թեմայի հետ կապված Tert.am–ը զրուցել է Ոսկեպարի վարչական ղեկավար Իշխան Աղբալյանի հետ։
«Այդ տները կառուցվել են 90-ական թթ-ին, եթե չեմ սխալվում 1995 թ-ին, երբ բնակիչները գնացել են սեփականության վկայական ստանալու, իրենց այդ ժամանակ ասել են, որ այդ տները մեր տարածքում չեն գտնվում և չեն կարողացել սեփականաշնորհել, մինչև հիմա էլ այդ խնդիրը այդպես մնացել է։ Իրենք կոմունալներ են վճարում այդ հասցելով, իրենց որդիները զորակոչվել են բանակ այդ հասցեից, բայց սեփականության վկայական չունեն»,- ասաց Աղբալյանը։
Վարչական ղեկավարը նշեց, որ քարտեզի վրա իրենց բնակության հասցեները առկա չեն։ «Այդ հասցեները համայնքապետարանն է իրենց տրամադրել, որ կարողանան նպաստ ստանալ, վճարումներ անել և այլն, բայց քարտեզի վրա նման տվյալ չկա։ Աստված չանի, եթե վաղը դելիմիտացիա, դեմարկացիա լինի, որի հետևանքով այդ տարածքերը համարվեն ադրբեջանական, այդ մարդիկ զրկվելու են իրենց տներից, հիմա սեփականության վկայական չունեն, որ գոնե ուրիշ տեղ պետությունը կարողանա իրենց տուն հատկացնել»,– ասաց Աղբալյանը։
