Մարտի 22-ին պաշտոնական այցով ժամանել եմ Արցախ։ Այսօր իմ գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ հանդիպել եմ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյան Arayik Harutyunyanին։
 
Քննարկման առարկան Արցախի առաջ ծառացած հրատապ խնդիրներն էին և դրա արդյունքում առաջացած հումանիտար ճգնաժամը: Ինչպես իր խոսքում նշեց նախագահը, իսկապես դժվար ժամանակներ ենք ապրում, և այս բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրականության մեջ Արցախի առաջնային խնդիրը անվտանգությունն ու հայկական մնալն է։
 
Մարտի 8-ից արցախցիները զրկված են գազից, նախագահի հետ քննարկեցինք նաև խնդրի լուծման տարբերակները և հնարավոր էներգակիր այլընտրանքները։
 
Երկրի ղեկավարը իր երախտագիտությունն հայտնեց՝ Արցախի ու արցախահայության խնդիրները մշտապես բարձրաձայնելու և հետևողականորեն դրանք ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելու համար՝ խորհրդանշական համարելով, որ պատերազմից անմիջապես հետո էլ Հայաստանից ժամանած առաջին պատգամավորն էի, որին այն օրերին այս նույն աշխատասենյակում ընդունեց։ Երկուստեք կարևորեցինք մեկ միասնական գաղափարի շուրջ միավորվելն ու խորհդարանական քաղաքական ուժերի հետ համատեղ աշխատանքը։
 
Արայիկ Հարությունյանին վստահեցրի, որ ինչպես նշել եմ իմ գործունեության առաջին օրվանից, ես Խորհրդարանում Արցախի ձայնն եմ և շարունակելու եմ մշտապես բարձրացնել Արցախ աշխարհի խնդիրներն ոչ միայն Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում, այլ նաև միջագային բոլոր իրավասու կառույցների համար։
