Freedom House-ը դատապարտել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի գազամատակարարման խափանումը
SOCIETYՄիջազգային իրավապաշտպան Freedom House կազմակերպությունը դատապարտել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի գազամատակարարման խափանումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին կազմակերպությունը գրառում է կատարել «Թվիթեր»-ի էջում:
«Ադրբեջանը պետք է կանխի հումանիտար ճգնաժամը՝ վերականգնելով գազի անխափան մատակարարումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության համար, որը արդեն շաբաթներ է՝ տառապում է սառնամանիքին՝ առանց ջեռուցման ու տաք ջրի»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
Արցախի տարածքում մարտի 8-ից Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած տեղանքում՝ Շուշիի մոտ տեղի ունեցած գազատարի վթարի հետևանքով գազի մատակարարումը դադարեցված էր: Ադրբեջանական կողմը օրեր շարունակ թույլ չէր տալիս մտնել վթարի վայր ու վերանորոգել խողովակը։ Գազի բացակայությունը բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ էր ստեղծել Արցախի բնակչության համար: Մարտի 18-ին հաղորդվեց գազատարի վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ավարտի մասին, հաջորդ օրվանից գազամատակարարումը վերականգնվեց: Սակայն ավելի ուշ Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը հայտարարություն տարածեց՝ հայտնելով, որ Արցախի գազամատակարարումը կրկին դադարեցվել է՝ Ադրբեջանի ուղիղ միջամտության հետևրանքով: Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ հիմքեր կան ենթադրելու, որ գազատարի վերանորոգման ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը փական է տեղադրել գազատարի վրա, որի միջոցով էլ դադարեցրել է գազամատակարարումը:
