Սպիտակ տունը հայտնել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը հինգշաբթի օրը կհայտարարի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեմ նոր պատժամիջոցների փաթեթի մասին, որը կազդի քաղաքական գործիչների, «օլիգարխների», ինչպես նաև տարբեր կառույցների վրա։

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը ամերիկյան կողմին հայտարարել է, որ իր դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի ցանկացած թշնամական գործողություն կստանա վճռական և համարժեք պատասխան, հայտնում է ԱԳՆ-ն։

Մակրոն նշել է, որ պատրաստ է շարունակել Պուտինի հետ երկխոսությունը այնքան ժամանակ, որքան կպահանջվի Ուկրաինայում հրադադարի հասնելու համար: Ֆրանսիան Ուկրաինայի հակամարտության կողմ չէ և երբեք էլ չի լինի:

ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը չի ընդունել Ռուսաստանի մարդասիրական բանաձեւը, որը կոչ է անում բանակցային ճանապարհով դադարեցնել Ուկրաինայում հրադադարը։

Զելենսկին Բայդենին խնդրել է պատժամիջոցներ չկիրառել Ռոման Աբրամովիչի նկատմամբ, որպեսզի նա շարունակի նպաստել Ռուսաստան-Ուկրաինա բանակցություններին:

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հարավային և կենտրոնական հատվածների օդանավակայաններ թռիչքների ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումը երկարաձգվել է մինչև ապրիլի 1-ը:

Ռուսաստանը սահմանափակել է մուտքը News.Google։ Ռոսկոմնադզորը տեղեկացնում է, որ ծառայությունը տրամադրել է հասանելիություն դեպի Ուկրաինայում գործողության մասին ոչ հավաստի հրապարակումներ և նյութեր։

Օրվա ընթացքում Ուկրաինայից Ռուսաստան է տարհանվել գրեթե 18 հազար մարդ, հատուկ գործողության սկզբից՝ ավելի քան 380 հազար։

Մարտի 23-ին Ուկրաինայում 22 մարդասիրական միջանցք է բացվել։

Թուրքիայի անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում քննարկվել է Ուկրաինայում տիրող իրավիճակը։
Հայտարարվել է, որ Անկարան կշարունակի իր միջնորդական ջանքերը, իսկ խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն՝ հաշվի առնելով Ուկրաինայի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։
