Հայտարարվել է, որ Անկարան կշարունակի իր միջնորդական ջանքերը, իսկ խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն՝ հաշվի առնելով Ուկրաինայի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։
