SOCIETYԻնչպես արդեն հայտնել է ԱՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, այսօր՝ մարտի 25-ին, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից կիրառված Բայրաքթար տիպի ԱԹՍ-ների հարվածների հետևանքով հայկական կողմն ունեցել է վիրավորներ և 2 զոհ (անցած գիշեր՝ ևս 5 վիրավոր): Ուստի, Ադրբեջանը կոպտորեն խախտում է 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները՝ և՛ ներխուժման, և՛ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների տեսքով: Այս մասին ասված է Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։
«Չնայած բարձրագույն մակարդակի բանակցություններին՝ արձանագրում ենք, որ Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմին հաջողվել է այս փուլում միայն դադարեցնել Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ համայնքի հատվածում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի առաջխաղացումը և նրանց կողմից տարբեր տրամաչափի զենքերից իրականացվող կրակոցները:
Սակայն, միևնույն ժամանակ, ընդգծում ենք, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմին չի հաջողվել լուծել իր առաքելության շրջանակում գտնվող հիմնական խնդիրը, քանի որ մարտի 24-ին Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղ ու հարակից տարածքներ ներխուժած ադրբեջանական զորքերը շարունակում են մնալ տեղերում:
Արցախի իշխանություններն, այնուամենայնիվ, հույս են հայտնում, որ ռուսական կողմի վճռական ջանքերի շնորհիվ կհաջողվի ադրբեջանական զորքերին վերադարձնել ելման դիրքեր, իսկ Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությանը՝ իրենց տներ, հակառակ պարագայում լուրջ կերպով կասկածի տակ են դրվում Արցախում ապրող խաղաղ բնակչությանը տրված անվտանգային երաշխիքները»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
