Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախում սանձազերծված գործողությունների հետևանքով հայկական կողմը դարձյալ զոհեր ունի: Սակայն Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են հայտարարել, որ չեն շեղվի խաղաղության օրակարգից: «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Շիրազ Խաչատրյանի խոսքով, իրականում, որքան էլ խոսեն խաղաղության դարաշրջանի, խաղաղության օրակարգի մասին, իրենք էլ գիտեն, որ վիճակն անելանելի է ու պահի լուծումներով չեն կարող ինչ-որ բան անել: «Այս իրավիճակում խաղաղության օրակարգից խոսելն աբսուրդային է:

Ադրբեջանական կողմն անընդհատ շարունակում է իր սադրանքները, և զարմանալի է, որ այս մարդիկ ոչ միայն խաղաղությունից են խոսում, այլև ինչ-որ հապճեպ լուծումներ են փորձում առաջ քաշել: Օրինակ՝ զարմանում եմ, թե հայելային հետքաշման առաջարկ անելուց ի՞նչ հաշվարկների վրա են հիմնվել: Սա ոչ ավելին է, քան հանցավոր առաջարկ»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Խաչատրյանը՝ նկատի ունենալով նախօրեին Երասխի հատվածում տեղային հետքաշումների առաջարկների վերաբերյալ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը: Նրա խոսքով, այս փուլում իրականում ոչինչ քողարկել հնարավոր չէ, որքան էլ փորձեն հայտարարել, թե չեն շեղվում «խաղաղության օրակարգից»:

Շ. Խաչատրյանի դիտարկմամբ, իշխանությունները պարզապես անկարող են, ի վիճակի չեն խնդիրներին պարզ լուծումներ տալ: Թուրքագետ Անդրանիկ Իսպիրյանի խոսքով էլ, խաղաղության գործընթացն իշխանությունների պատրանքն է: «Խաղաղության, այո, պետք է ձգտել, բոլոր բանական մարդիկ կողմնակից են խաղաղության, բայց խաղաղության հասնելու համար պետք է ուժեղ լինել: Դիմացինը քեզանից պետք է վախենա, քեզ հարգի, որ քո հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքի: Մուրալով խաղաղության չեն հասնում»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Իսպիրյանը:
