ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ԱԺ-ում վերջին հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, թե Արցախում գազի վթարի պատասխանատուն ռուսական կողմն է. «Վթարը կամ չգիտեմ ինչ անվանել, քանի որ դա վթար չէ՝ ամեն դեպքում, գազի վնասված կամ փակված տեղանքը գտնվում է խաղաղապահների վերահսկողության գոտում»։ ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Մովսես Հակոբյանը, երեկ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե իրեն հայտնի՞ է՝ գազատարի վթարված հատվածն ում վերահսկողության տակ է գտնվում, պատասխանեց. «Իհարկե, Ադրբեջանի»։ Այսինքն, ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը սո՞ւտ է խոսել։ «Ոչ, պարզապես ես ու արտգործնախարարը տարբեր կերպ ենք հասկանում, ես հասկանում եմ ամսի 9-ի ստորագրած իրենց փաստաթղթով, ինքը չգիտեմ որ փաստաթղթով է ասում, թե որտեղ է գտնվում»։
Հիշեցնենք․ Արցախի տարածքում մարտի 8-ից՝ 11 օր, գազ չկար: Ադրբեջանական կողմն օրեր շարունակ թույլ չէր տալիս մտնել վթարի վայր, որ վերանորոգեին խողովակը։ Մարտի 18-ին հաղորդեցին, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը գազատարի վերանորոգման աշխատանքներն ավարտել է, գազամատակարարումը վերականգնվեց, սակայն մեկ օր անց այն կրկին խափանվեց։ Տեղեկացանք, որ խողովակի վրա թշնամին փական է դրել, որ երբ ուզենա, դադարեցնի Արցախի գազամատակարարումը։
