Արցախում տեղակայված խաղաղապահ զորակազմից պահանջում ենք պահպանել խաղաղություն․ ՀՅԴ Բյուրո
POLITICSՀՅԴ Բյուրոն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
Տեղի է ունենում այն, ինչ ակնկալվում էր. Ադրբեջանը, օգտվելով Ուկրաինայի խնդրի վրա աշխարհի ուշադրության կենտրոնացումից, քայլեր է կատարում` ավարտին հասցնելու իր հակահայ ծրագրերը, որոնք իրականացնելու նորագույն հանգրվանը սկսվեց 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմով:
Միաժամանակ, վերջին ամիսներին նկատելի էին 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ Արցախում տեղակայված ռուս խաղաղապահ ուժերի առաքելությանը խոչընդոտող գործողություններ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից:
Այս օրերի արտասովոր ցուրտ եղանակին Արցախի գազամատակարարման խափանումով և Փառուխ գյուղ և հարակից տարածքներ ներխուժումով Ադրբեջանը հետապնդում է Արցախը հայաթափելու իր անթաքույց ծրագիրը:
Այս ծանր օրերին անհրաժեշտ է համազգային ուժերով ամենուրեք դիմադրել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի այս հակահայ քաղաքականությանը:
Առ այդ, անհրաժեշտ է.
ա) Դիմել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներին և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող պետություններին՝ պահանջելով` չանտեսել Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա դաշինքի հակահայ քաղաքականությունն ու քայլերը։
բ) Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի դեմ բողոքի տարաբնույթ գործողություններով` քաղաքական շրջանակների և հանրային կարծիքի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել նոր թափ առած հակահայ այս քաղաքականության վրա։
Արցախում տեղակայված Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորակազմից պահանջում ենք ապահովել թշնամի ուժերի` իրենց ելման կետեր վերադարձը և խաղաղության պահպանումը։
Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցությունը կանգնած է Արցախի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության բանակի կողքին և պատրաստ է հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով աջակցելու նրան` Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու պատասխանատվության իրականացման գործում:
Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա դաշինքի այս հակահայ քաղաքականությունը չի կարող մնալ առանց արձագանքի. այս քաղաքականության հետևանքների ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու են այդ երկու պետությունները։
