Պայթյուն, նավթամթերքի արտահոսք և հրդեհ. ուսումնավարժություն բիտումի գործարանում
SOCIETYԱրտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունն Արարատի մարզի Սուրենավան բնակավայրում գտնվող բիտումի գործարանի տարածքում անցկացրել է ցուցադրական հատուկ տակտիկական ուսումնավարժություն` «Նավթավերամշակման գործարանում առաջացած ուժեղ հրդեհի դեպքում հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքների կազմակերպումն ու իրականացումը» թեմայով:
Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունը:
Միջոցառումը տեղի է ունեցել Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի ուսումնական խմբի մասնագիտական պատրաստության պարապմունքների շրջանակում։ Վարժանքին հետևել են ԱԻ նախարար Անդրանիկ Փիլոյանը, ՓԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Գասպարյանը, ՓԾ տնօրենի տեղակալներ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, Հովհաննես Եմիշյանը, Կարապետ Մանուկյանը, Արարատի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետի պաշտոնակատար Արման Խաչատրյանը, գերատեսչության կառուցվածքային և մարզային վարչությունների ղեկավարներ և աշխատակիցներ:
Ուսումնավարժության նպատակն էր ստուգել հրդեհապայթյունավտանգ օբյեկտներում խոշոր հրդեհների ժամանակ փրկարար ուժերի արձագանքման մակարդակը:
Համաձայն սցենարի՝ ընկերության արտադրամասում զոդման աշխատանքների ընթացքում գրանցվել է պայթյուն, որին հաջորդել են նավթամթերքի արտահոսք և հրդեհ։ Գործարանում առաջացած վթարի դեպքում գործելու պլանի համաձայն ՝ աշխատակիցներն իրականացրել են համապատասխան գործողություններ։
Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել 5 մարտական հաշվարկ, իրականացվել են բացազատման աշխատանքներ և տարածքի հետախուզում: Պարզվել է, որ տուժել է երեք մարդ: Նրանցից երկուսին պատգարակով դուրս են բերել անվտանգ գոտի և մոտեցրել շտապօգնության մեքենային, զուգահեռ իրականացվել են երրորդ տուժածի որոնման աշխատանքներ: Հետախուզումն անցկացվել է ջերմաանդրադարձիչ արտահագուստով, օգտագործվել է անօդաչու թռչող սարք:
Տարբեր ուղղություններով իրականացվել են նաև հարակից ռեզերվուարների հովացման աշխատանքներ, իսկ մոտակա ջրավազանից մոտոպոմպով կատարվել է անընդհատ ջրամատակարարում: Կրակի տարածումը ճնշելու և հրդեհը մեկուսացնելու նպատակով իրականացվել է ակտիվ փրփրային գրոհ: Հովացման աշխատանքներից հետո՝ հայտարարվել է հրդեհի մարման աշխատանքների ավարտի մասին:
Ուսումնավարժանքի ավարտին ՓԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Գասպարյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարժանքի բոլոր մասնակիցներին՝ արագ արձագանքման և իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրը բարձր մակարդակով իրականացնելու համար:
