Հայաստանում գրականության թվայնացման գործընթացը նոր թափ է ստացել

Հայաստանում գրադարանների ոլորտն օրենսդրական դաշտի առումով կարգավորված է: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի տեղակալ Ներսես Տեր-Վարդանյանն ` ամփոփելով 2015 թվականին իրականացված աշխատանքները:
«2012 թվականին «Գրադարանի և գրադարանային գործի մասին» օրենքի ընդունումից հետո կառավարության 9 որոշում է ընդունվել, որոնք վերաբերել են գրադարանների հանրային կարգավիճակին, թվայնացման կարգավորումներին: Մի շարք կարևոր ուղղություններ կան, որոնցում քայլ առ քայլ առաջ ենք գնում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ`նշեց Ներսես Տեր-Վարդանյանը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ թվայնացման գործընթացը նոր թափ է ստացել: «Բաց հասանելիության սկզբունքով արդեն տեղադրված է գրականության 3 միլիոն թվայնացված էջ: 700-ից ավելի հնատիպ գիրք է թվայնացել: Սրանք ևս հասանելի են: Թվայնացված 3 միլիոնի կեսը պարբերական մամուլի էջերն են: Մենք առաջնահերթություն ենք տալիս այն թերթերին ու պարբերականներին, որոնք հազվագյուտ են, պակաս հասանելի են»,-հավելեց Ներսես Տեր-Վարդանյանը`շեշտելով, որ 2016-ի առաջնահերթ ուղղություն է հայ գրականության թվայնացումը:
ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի տեղակալի խոսքով`Հայաստանյան գրադարանների միացյալ ավտոմատացված ցանցի`ALEPH-ի մասնակից գրադարանների մուտքագրված միավորների թիվը կազմում է 1 միլիոնից ավելի:
«Մյուս ծրագիրը`հանրային գրադարանի կարգավիճակ տալուն է վերաբերում, որը մենք 2013 թվականից սկսեցինք իրականացնել: Խոսքը վերաբերում է որոշակի չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող գրադարաններին հանրայինի կարգավիճակ տալուն: Դրան հետևում են մի շարք օժանդակություններ: Դրանք մասնավորապես վերաբերում են կահույքի, համապատասխան տեխնիկայի տրամադրմանը: Այսօր մենք արդեն ունենք հավատարմագրված 34 գրադարան, որոնց տրամադրվել են նյութատեխնիկական հնարավորություններ»,-նշեց նա`հավելելով, որ յուրաքանչյուր տարի նոր գրադարաններ են միանալու ծրագրին:
Ներսես Տեր-Վարդանյանը շեշտեց, որ առաջընթաց կա գրադարանների վերանորոգման առումով:
«Հայաստանի ազգային գրադարանում վերանորոգվել է կատալոգի բաժին և վարչական շենքը, որում ներառված են մի շարք ընթերցասրահներ: Ընթերցողների համար անհրաժեշտ պայմանները ստեղծված են, ապահովված է ջեռուցումը, wi-fi-ը»,- շեշտեց նա:
Այս տարի գրադարանավարի օրվա առթիվ կազմակերպվել է շուրջ 300 միջոցառում`100-ից ավելի գրադարանում: Արդյունքում սահմանամերձ համայնքային գրադարանները համալրվել են ավելի քան 3000 գրքով: Շարունակվել են համայնքային գրադարանավարների վերապատրաստման դասընթացները:
