Կենսաթոշակային ապահովության ծրագրերի հիմնական թիրախը կենսաթոշակառուների շրջանում աղքատության նվազեցումն է: Լրագրողների հետ տարեվերջյան հանդիպման ժամանակ նման հայտարարություն արեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական ապահովության նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը: Նրա խոսքով` դա են վկայում վերջին երկու տարիներին կե նսաթոշակների բարձրացնելու իրենց քայլերը: Ըստ այդմ` հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը 13 հազարից դարձել է 16 հազար դրամ, ավելացել է նաև աշխատանքային ստաժի մեկ տարվա արժեքը: «Առաջին տասը տարվա համար 700 դրամից դարձել է 800 դրամ, տասը տարին գերազանցող յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար` 450-ից 500 դրամ: Արդյունքում երկու տարվա ընթացքում միջին աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի չափը ավելացել է մոտ 10 հազար դրամով»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց նախարարը` հավելելով, որ դա հնարավոր է եղել 2014-իÕ ¶ և 2015-ին պետբյուջեից 30 միլիարդ դրամ լրացուցիչ գումար հատկացնելու շնորհիվ:

Նրա խոսքով` ընթացիկ տարում բարձրացվել են նաև ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերը: Արձանագրվել է զինվորական կենսաթոշակների չափերի բարձրացում. 2000 և 200 դրամական չափով բարձրացվել են համապատասխանաբար հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափն ու զինվորական ծառայության ստաժի մեկ տարվա արժեքը: «Երկարամյա ծառայության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի միջին չափը տարեկան ավելացել է 14-15 տոկոսով կամ երկու տարվա կտրվածքով` 30 տոկոսով»,-ասաց նախարարը:

2015-ին Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում ու Արցախյան ազատամարտում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների անդամներին հատկացվող կենսաթոշակներից մեկը փոխարինվել է պարգևավճարով, որը գերազանցել է նախկին թոշակը 40-50 տոկոսով: «Արդյունքում 6 հազար 300 անձ ստացել է այդ պարգևավճարը: Միաժամանակ զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքի` աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակ ստացող անդամը պարգևավճարի իրավունք է ձեռք բերում` անկախ աշխատելու հանգամանքից»,-հայտնեց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:

Նախարարը կարևորեց ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության նպաստների քաղաքականության փոփոխությունների արդյունքում մայրության նպաստի ինստիտուտի ներդրումը: Դրանով 2016 թվականի հունվարի մեկից մայրության նպաստ կտրամադրվի 30 հազար չաշխատող մայրերի, ինչի համար հաջորդ տարվա  բյուջեով նախատեսվել է 4 միլիարդ դրամ: «Սա կարևորում եմ նաև այն առումով, որ բացի սոցիալական ապահովության բարձրամանն օգնելուց բացի, նպաստելու է, որպեսզի մայրերը ժամանակին հաշվառման կանգնեն, և մենք որոշակի խնդիրների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ կարողանանք աշախատանք կատարել&raq uo;,-հավելեց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:
