Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
Բացի այն, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է օգտվել ՌԴ-Արևմուտք պատերազմից ու գլոբալ խառնաշփոթից, հնարավոր է, որ Ուկրաինան և այլ երկրներ, դիվանագիտական խողովակներով, համոզում են Ադրբեջանին` ՌԴ դեմ հարավկովկասյան ճակատ բացել: Չի բացառվում, որ նույն աշխատանքը տարվում է նաև միջինասիական տարածաշրջանում:
Այդ մասին գրեցին նաև թելեգրամյան ալիքները` մեջբերելով Ուկրաինայի Ազգային անվտանգության և պաշտպանության խորհրդի քարտուղար Ալեքսեյ Դանիլովի խոսքերը: Վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ ՌԴ դեմ պայքարում օգտակար կլինի ՌԴ շահերի այլ գոտիներում լրացուցիչ ճակատներ բացելը, որպես օրինակ բերելով Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Ռուսաստանի ՊՆ հայտարարությունը կարելի է դիտարկել որպես նախազգուշացում Ադրբեջանին: Իսկ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ պատասխան հայտարարությունը` որպես ՌԴ-ին հակադրվելու փորձ:
Թե որքանո՞վ է Ալիևը պատրաստ ՌԴ դեմ թաթախվել աշխարհաքաղաքական այս բարդ թնջուկի մեջ` դժվար է ասել: Բայց որ նման քայլով հնչեցվելու է Ադրբեջանի վերջին զանգը` չի բացառվում: Հատկապես, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմի պլանավորված «հաղթանակի»-ով Ալիևը կորցրել է իրականության զգացումը:
Ադրբեջանն Ուկրաինա չէ: Այն ընդամենը 9 միլիոնանոց հավաքածու է, որի բնակչությունը կռվել իմացող 45 միլիոնանոց ուկրաինացիները չեն:
Ադրբեջանի ամբողջ տնտեսությունը բաղկացած է Բաքվի շրջակայքում գտնվող, հինգ նավթա-գազային հանքահորերից և մեկ խողովակաշարից: Իսկ միակ խոշոր քաղաքը` 1,2 միլիոնանոց Բաքուն է: 6 գերճշգրիտ հարված և ամեն բան վերջացած է: Թուրքիան իհարկե մեծ բոնուս է Ադրբեջանի համար, բայց այստեղ զսպող մեխանիզմներն ավելանալու են Իրանի և Չինաստանի տեսքով:
