Ինչո՞ւ «Սիբիրի» ինքնաթիռը Երեւանից չկարողացավ վերադառնալ ՌԴ․ մանրամասնում է քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն. «Հետք»
ANALYSISՄարտի 3-ին Երեւանում վայրէջք կատարած ռուսական «Սիբիր» ավիաընկերության «Airbus A320neo» ինքնաթիռին (գրանցումը՝ VP-BSL) արգելվեց վերադառնալ Ռուսաստան, ավելի ուշ օդանավը մեկնեց Եվրոպա, «Սիբիրը» զրկվեց դրանից։ «Հետքը» տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ որոշ մանրամասներ է իմացել ՀՀ քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեից։
Ինչպես հայտնի է, ռուսական օդանավն իրականացնում էր Նովոսիբիրսկ-Երեւան չվերթը։ Թռիչքի ժամանակ օդանավն անցել էր Ղազախստանի երկնքով, հատել Կասպից ծովն ու մտել Դաղստանի օդային տարածք, ապա պատրաստվում էր Վրաստանի երկնքով մտնել Հայաստան, բայց Վրաստանի սահմանը չհատած՝ թեքվել էր դեպի Միներալինե Վոդի։ Այստեղ վայրէջք կատարելուց 40 րոպե անց օդանավն, այնուամենայնիվ, ուղղություն էր վերցրել Երեւան, որտեղ հասել էր Վրաստանի երկինքն անցնելուց հետո, բայց «A320neo»-ին ՀՀ ավիացիոն իշխանությունները չէին թույլատրել իրականացնել Երեւան-Նովոսիբիրսկ հետադարձ չվերթը։
Այդուհանդերձ, «Սիբիրն» իր ուղեւորների համար Մոսկվայից ուղարկել էր մեկ այլ «Airbus A320» (գրանցման համարը՝ VP-BOG), որն էլ կատարել էր Երեւան-Նովոսիբիրսկ թռիչքը։
Մարտի 4-ին ՀՀ քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն հայտարարեց, որ «Զվարթնոց» ժամանելուց ժամեր առաջ, երբ օդանավը դեռ գտնվում էր ՌԴ օդային տարածքում, ի հայտ են եկել «A320neo»-ի (VP-BSL) թռիչքային պիտանիության ապահովման հետ կապված փաստաթղթային խնդիրներ, որոնք առնչվում են դրա շահագործող «Սիբիրի» եւ օդանավի գրանցման երկրի ավիացիոն իշխանությունների, ինչպես նաեւ օդանավի վարձատուի (լիզինգատուի) հարաբերություններին։ ՔԱԿ-ը հավելել էր, որ ինքնաթիռի հանդեպ կալանք չի կիրառվել, այլ ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել է դրա թռիչքի թույլտվությունը:
«Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն ծագած խնդիրների առնչությամբ ճշգրտող նամակագրություն է իրականացնում ինքնաթիռի գրանցման երկրի ավիացիոն իշխանությունների հետ: Խնդրի վերաբերյալ տեղեկացվել են նաեւ շահագործող ավիաընկերությունը եւ ՌԴ ավիացիոն իշխանությունները։ Փաստաթղթային հարցերի պարզաբանումից հետո ինքնաթիռի շահագործումը կվերականգնվի»,- հայտարարել էր ՔԱԿ-ը։
