Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը և Ադրբեջանի Միլի մեջլիսի նախագահ Սահիբա Գաֆարովան այսօր՝ մարտի 29-ին, Ալմաթիում կայացած ԱՊՀ Միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի խորհրդի նիստում կարծիքներ են փոխանակել՝ կապված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տիրող իրավիճակի հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում է РИА Новости:

Իր ելույթի ժամանակ Սիմոնյանը հայտարարել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը խախտել է հրադադարի ռեժիմը։ Իր հերթին, Գաֆարովան եզրափակիչ ելույթի ժամանակ հայտնել է Բաքվի դիրքորոշումը:

«Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի ենթադրյալ խախտման մասին տեղեկությունը բացարձակապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Հայկական զինված կազմավորումների անդամները, որոնք ապօրինի մտել են Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխան տարածք, փորձել են հերթական դիվերսիա իրականացնել ադրբեջանական բանակի ստորաբաժանումների նկատմամբ, և մեր զինված ուժերի ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում նրանք ստիպված են եղել նահանջել»,- ասել է նա։

Գաֆարովի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանը հավատարիմ է 2020 թվականի հունվարի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը և չի խախտել դրա դրույթները։

Միլի մեջլիսի նախագահը պահանջել է նաև հայկական զինված կազմավորումների ամբողջական դուրսբերում Ադրբեջանի տարածքից։

Նա նշել է նաև, որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին է հանձնել բոլոր ռազմագերիներին՝ համաձայն եռակողմ հայտարարության։ Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի զինծառայողները, որոնք 2020 թվականի հունվարի 10-ի հայտարարությունը ստորագրելուց հետո մտել են Ադրբեջանի տարածք, Ժնևի կոնվենցիայի համաձայն չեն ճանաչվում որպես ռազմագերի և ենթակա են քրեական պատասխանատվության։

Այս հայտարարություններին ի պատասխան՝ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ընդգծել է, որ խախտումներ են արձանագրվել նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից, որը անվտանգության երաշխավորն է Արցախի այդ հատվածում։

«Կցանկանայի կրկնել, որ Հայաստանն առաջարկում է Ադրբեջանին անհապաղ սկսել բանակցությունները խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման շուրջ»,- հավելել է ԱԺ նախագահը։

Ի պատասխան՝ Ադրբեջանի Միլի մեջլիսի ղեկավարը հայտարարել է, որ Բաքուն բազմիցս առաջարկել է Երևանին կնքել հաշտության պայմանագիր՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հինգ կետերը, որոնք շատ լավ հայտնի են հայկական կողմին։

«Ես պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ Հայաստանի համար այս հինգ կետերն ընդունելի են, և մենք կարծում ենք, որ եթե որոշ ասպեկտներ ավելացնենք, կարող ենք սկսել իրականացնել այս աշխատանքը»,- քննարկումը եզրափակել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանը։
