Շատերը լավ չեն պատկերացնում, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում Փառուխ գյուղը, Քարագլխի լեռնաշղթան, դրանք տարածքային և ռազմավարական առումով։
 
Ադրբեջանն այս վերջին առաջխաղացման ժամանակ, անգամներով ավելի մեծ տարածք է զավթել Քարագլխի հատվածում, քան Փառուխ գյուղն է իր վարչական տարածքով։
 
Սա գրում եմ, որովհետև չիմացության պայմաններում կամ դիտմամբ, որոշները քննարկման առարկա են դարձնում կամ սկզբունքային կետ միայն Փառուխ գյուղը, բայց ռազմավարական առումով Քարագլխի լեռնաշղթայի տարբեր հատվածներ անգամներով ավելի մեծ սպառնալիք են ստեղծում, քան բուն Փառուխը։
 
Ադրբեջանցիները Փառուխն օգտագործել են որպես անցման գոտի, իսկ ներխուժումից անմիջապես հետո շրջանցիկ ճանապարհներ են կառուցել, որի նպատակը Քարագլխի տարբեր հատվածները հասնելն է, դիրքավորվելը, ամրանալը, անխափան մատակարարումներ ապահովելն ու դրանից հետո Արցախի կենսունակության համար նոր խնդիրներ ստեղծելը։
 
Եթե Ադրբեջանը սա մարսեց և նրա զորքերը ելման կետեր չվերադարձան, ապա Արցախի՝ այս պահին մեր վերահակողության տակ գտնվող հատվածի ողնաշարը կոտրելու աննախադեպ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվելու։
Առանց այդ էլ Արցախն այս կարգավիճակով և դիրքով լրջագույն խնդիրներ ուներ, Ադրբեջանն իր նոր օպերացիայի միջոցով նոր՝ շատ ավելի ծանր վիճակ է ստեղծել։
