«Պատերազմը շարունակվում է: Ռուսաստանը նոր ուժեր է տեղափոխում մեր հող, որպեսզի շարունակի ոչնչացնել մեզ, ոչնչացնի ուկրաինացիներին։ Մենք պետք է ավելին անենք պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար: Առաջինը և գլխավորը զենքն է։ Ազատությունը պետք է զինվի ոչ ավելի վատ, քան բռնապետությունը։ Ես շատ կոնկրետ կլինեմ ձեր պատերի ներսում: Հավատացեք, մենք կորցնում ենք կոնկրետ մարդկանց, կոնկրետ քաղաքներ, դրանք ոչնչացվում են։ Ուստի ես ուզում եմ հստակ ասել, թե մեզ ինչ է պետք, մասնավորապես՝ հականավային զենքեր, Harpoon հրթիռներ, ինչպես նաև NASAMS հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգեր։ Բացի այդ, մեզ անհրաժեշտ են միջոցներ՝ զրահատեխնիկան և հրետանային համակարգերը ոչնչացնելու համար»,- ընդգծել է Զելենսկին։
«Բոլոր զենքերը, որոնցով դուք կարող եք օգնել մեզ, կօգտագործվեն միայն մեր ազատությունը, ձեր ազատությունը պաշտպանելու համար: Միայն այն ազատությունն ու անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու համար, որը դուք վայելում եք այլ եվրոպացիների հետ միասին»,- ընդգծել է Զելենսկին։
