POLITICSՀայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ը չի կարողացել տրամադրել որեւէ հստակ հետազոտություն, որը հիմք է տվել ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարին հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանի բնակչությունը ցանկանում է կարգավորել հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ, գրում է «Փաստինֆո»-ն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանը նման հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկել թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում՝ ասելով. «Հայաստանի բնակչությունն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ցանկանում է կարգավորել հարաբերությունները»:
«Փաստինֆո»-ն գրավոր հարցում է ուղարկել ԱԳՆ՝ պարզելու, թե այդ հայտարարությունը եղել է նախարարի կարծիքը, թե այն հիմնված է հետազոտության, սոցհարցման արդյունքների վրա։
Աղբյուրը խնդրել է հայտնել, թե ում կողմից եւ երբ է կատարվել այդ հետազոտությունը, ինչ հարցերի շրջանակ է ուսումնասիրվել ու ինչ արդյունքներ են արձանագրվել։
Միաժամանակ խնդրել են տրամադրել նաեւ արտգործնախարարի հայտարարության համար հիմք հանդիսացած սոցհարցման կրկնօրինակը։
Ադրյունքում պարզվել է, որ նախարարն ընդամենը ներկայացրել է իր կարծիքը, որը հիմնավորող հետազոտություն գոյություն չունի։
«Ի պատասխան Ձեր հարցման՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ «Անադոլու» գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի կողմից նեկայացված այն կարծիքը, որ Հայաստանի բնակչությունը ցանկանում է կարգավորել հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ, հիմնված է հասարակական կարծիքի վերաբերյալ իրականացված հարցումների վրա, որոնք հասանելի են համացանցային բաց աղբյուրներում»,- նշված է ԱԳՆ-ի գրավոր պատասխանում։
Աղբյուրը նշում է՝ ամերիկյան IRI կազմակերպությունը դեռևս 2021թ-ին հարցում էր իրականացրել՝ հայ հասարակության հանրային կարծիքը պարզելու համար: Ըստ ամերիկյան կազմակերպության հարցման արդյունքների՝ հարցվածների 90%-ը՝ Թուրքիան, և 77%-ը՝ Ադրբեջանը համարում են Հայաստանի համար գլխավոր քաղաքական սպառնալիք ներկայացնող երկրներ։
Հարցվածների միայն 29%-ն է կարծում, որ Թուրքիայի հետ պետք է հաստատվեն առանց նախապայմանների հարաբերությունները։
Հարցվածների շուրջ կեսը գտնում է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ պետք է սկսել երկխոսությունը, սակայն Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցը պետք է մնա մեր օրակարգում, իսկ 48%-ը նաև կարծում է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է առաջադրի իր նախապայմանները։
Այսպիսով՝ արտգործնախարարությունն իր գրավոր պատասխանով ապացուցել է, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանը չի ունեցել որեւէ հիմք նման վիճարկելու հայտարարություն անելու համար։
