Ադրբեջանը լիովին կատարում է եռակողմ հռչակագրի դրույթները, ասել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը՝ խոսելով Արցախի Փառուխ գյուղում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ։

«Ադրբեջանի կողմից խախտումներ չկան, քանի որ հարձակում է եղել Ադրբեջանի վրա, և դա եղել է պաշտպանական պատասխան։ Հիմնական բանը եռակողմ հռչակագրի դրույթներին համապատասխան հայկական զինված տարրերի ամբողջական դուրսբերումն է Ադրբեջանի միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված տարածքից»,-ասել է Էրդողանը` մեկնաբանելով Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հայտարարությունը Փառուխում տեղի ունեցողի վերաբերյալ։

Մարտի 27-ին ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն հայտնել է, որ բանակցություններից հետո Ադրբեջանը դուրս է բերել իր ստորաբաժանումները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Փառուխ բնակավայրի տարածքից․ «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի կողմից Ասկերանի շրջանում արձանագրվել է հրադադարի ռեժիմի 2 խախտում, փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով յուրաքանչյուր կողմից վիրավորվել է երկու հոգի»։

Նույն օրը ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարություն տարածեց ու հայտարարեց, որ նշված դիրքերից ադրբեջանական բանակի ստորաբաժանումների դուրսբերման մասին տեղեկությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը․ «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը ցավում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարարության 2022 թվականի մարտի 27-ի հայտարարության մեջ արտացոլված կետերը չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը»։
