«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության կողմից որոշում կա, որ Երևան քաղաքի առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում կուսակցության ցուցակը գլխավորելու է նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, նա լինելու է քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն։ Այս մասին «Ազատությանը» հայտնեց իշխող կուսակցության հանրային կապերի համակարգող Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը։
«Քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ Տիգրան Ավինյանի հետ քննարկումներ են եղել, բայց վերջնական համաձայնություն չկա։ Եթե դա լինի՝ Ավինյանը կնշանակվի Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետ, ապա կգլխավորի նախընտրական ցուցակը», - այս հարցադրմանն ի պատասխան՝ Ալեքսանյանը նաև ասաց. - «Բայց շատ կարևոր է, որ լինի այն տարանջատումը, որ հիմա, այո՛, մեր քաղաքապետը Հրաչյա Սարգսյանն է, և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն իր ողջ թիմով աջակցում է նրան իր գործում։ Պարոն Ավինյանի մասով էլ կա որոշում, որ նա պետք է շուտով դառնա Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետ, և առաջիկայում դա ևս բոլորս կտեսնենք»։
«Բայց շատ կարևոր է շեշտելը, որ այս պահին քաղաքապետը Հրաչյա Սարգսյանն է, և ամբողջ թիմը աջակցում է նրան իր գործում, իսկ Տիգրան Ավինյանն արդեն կգլխավորի մեր ընտրական ցուցակը հաջորդ ընտրություններում», - հայտարարեց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» հանրային կապերի համակարգողը։
