INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։
Կրեմլից հայտնում են, որ նրանք քննարկել են իրավիճակը Ղարաբաղի շուրջ «շեշտը դնելով տարածաշրջանում անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունն ապահովելու համար գործնական խնդիրների լուծման վրա»։
Վերահաստատվել է եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի բոլոր դրույթների հետևողական իրականացման կարևորությունը։
«Քննարկվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ իրավիճակի զարգացումը` շեշտը դնելով տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության և կայունության ապահովման համար գործնական խնդիրների լուծման վրա: Հաստատվել է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021-ի հունվարի 11-ի և նոյեմբերի 26-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունների բոլոր դրույթների հետևողական իրականացման կարևորությունը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Մարտի 27-ին ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն հայտնել է, որ բանակցություններից հետո Ադրբեջանը դուրս է բերել իր ստորաբաժանումները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Փառուխ բնակավայրի տարածքից․ «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի կողմից Ասկերանի շրջանում արձանագրվել է հրադադարի ռեժիմի 2 խախտում, փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով յուրաքանչյուր կողմից վիրավորվել է երկու հոգի»։
Նույն օրը ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարություն տարածեց ու հայտարարեց, որ նշված դիրքերից ադրբեջանական բանակի ստորաբաժանումների դուրսբերման մասին տեղեկությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը․ «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը ցավում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարարության 2022 թվականի մարտի 27-ի հայտարարության մեջ արտացոլված կետերը չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը»։
