Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև բանակցությունները պետք է շարունակվեն, Մոսկվան պատրաստում է իր արձագանքը Կիևի առաջարկներին և որոշակի առաջընթաց է արձանագրում։ Այդ մասին ուրբաթ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Հնդկաստանի արտգործնախարար Սուբրահմանյամ Ջայշանկարի հետ բանակցություններից հետո կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում։

Լավրովն ընդգծել է, որ ստամբուլյան բանակցություններում Ռուսաստանն ուկրաինական կողմից շատ ավելի մեծ ըմբռնում է տեսել Ղրիմի և Դոնբասի հետ կապված իրավիճակում:

«Մենք (ուկրաինական կողմից) տեսանք մեկ այլ իրողության շատ ավելի մեծ ըմբռնում, ես նկատի ունեմ Ղրիմի և Դոնբասի հետ կապված իրավիճակը»,- ասել է դիվանագիտական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը։

Երեքշաբթի Ստամբուլում տեղի են ունեցել դեմ առ դեմ բանակցություններ Մոսկվայի և Կիևի պատվիրակությունների միջև։ Հանդիպումից հետո ռուսական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Մեդինսկին ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը գրավոր առաջարկներ է ստացել Ուկրաինայից կողմերի միջև համաձայնության վերաբերյալ։ Նա հավելել է, որ Մոսկվան այս նախաձեռնությունները քննարկելուց հետո առաջարկներ կներկայացնի։ Բացի այդ, նշել է քաղաքական գործիչը, Մոսկվան «երկու քայլ» է անում դեպի Կիև և առաջարկում է նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հանդիպում անցկացնել նախատեսվածից շուտ՝ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների մակարդակով խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախաստորագրմանը զուգահեռ։ Իսկ ռուս զինվորականները կնվազեցնեն ակտիվությունը Կիևի և Չեռնիգովի ուղղություններում։
