Այսօր Քարագլխի որոշ կարևոր բարձունքներ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ վերահսկողության տակ են․ Արայիկ Հարությունյան
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ Անվտանգության խորհրդի հերթական նիստն է անցկացվել՝ ընդլայնված կազմով: Այս մասին հաղորդում է Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմը։
Բացման խոսքում երկրի ղեկավարը, նախ, նշել է, որ վերջին օրերին Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստերի հաճախակի անցկացումը պայմանավորված է Հանրապետությունում ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակով և հատկապես Արցախի արևելյան հատվածում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներով: Անդրադառնալով կատարվածին և անելիքներին՝ նախագահ Հարությունյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Պաշտպանության բանակին, ուժային մյուս կառույցներին և կամավորականներին, որոնք կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հասցրել են իրականացնել իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրը՝ կասեցնելով հակառակորդի առաջխաղացումը:
«Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ նրանց նպատակը ամբողջ Քարագլուխը գրավելն է եղել: Պետք է արձանագրենք, որ Քարագլխի հիմնական բարձունքը, ամենաբարձր կետը գտնվում է մեր վերահսկողության տակ, սակայն որոշ կարևոր բարձունքներ այսօր գտնվում են Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ: Մեր նպատակն է, որ ադրբեջանցիները հետ գնան ելման դիրքեր: Մեր պահանջն ու խնդրանքը խաղաղապահ ուժերին այն է եղել, որ ստատուս-քվոն, որը բխում է եռակողմ հայտարարությունից, պետք է վերականգնվի: Այս պահանջը մենք երբևէ չենք փոխելու»,- ասել է նախագահ Հարությունյանը:
Արայիկ Հարությունյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրահրված այդ սադրանքի նպատակը եղել է առաջին հերթին ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի դերակատարությունը վարկաբեկելը:
«Մենք համարում ենք, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերը շարունակում են իրականացնել իրենց առաքելությունը, չհաշված այդ դրվագը»,- ընդգծել է Ա. Հարությունյանը:
Այնուամենայնիվ, ԱՀ Նախագահը շեշտել է, որ պետք է զգոնությունը պահել բարձր մակարդակի վրա մինչև պարզ լինի, որ Ադրբեջանը նման սադրանքների էլ չի գնալու:
«Դրա համար հետագայում մենք մեր ինքնապաշտպանության առումով շատ ավելի արմատական և վճռական քայլեր ենք իրականացնելու»,- ասել է նախագահ Հարությունյանը:
Նիստում պաշտպանության նախարար Կամո Վարդանյանը հանդես է եկել զեկուցմամբ՝ շփման գծում առկա օպերատիվ-մարտավարական իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ:
