Արտեմ Ասատրյանը համոզված է` ծնունդների խրախուսման համար պետք է իջեցնել ամուսնության միջին տարիքը

Հաջորդ տարի Հայաստանի կառավարության հաստատմանը ներկայացվելիք ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման ազգային ծրագրով լուծումներ կառաջարկվեն մի շարք խնդիրների:
Այս մասին տարեվերջյան ասուլիսին հայտարարեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը: Նա նշեց, որ նախորդ տարվանից կատարվել են ուսումնասիրություններ, որոնց միջոցով դուրս են բերվել խնդրահարույց ուղղություններն ու մարտահրավերները: «Խնդիրներից կարևորը զբաղվածության հետ կապված հարցերն են, բայց ես պետք է նշեմ այն, որ միջինից ցածր եկամուտ ունեցող աշխատատեղերում ևս թափուր աշխատատեղերի համալրման խնդիր կա: Պետք է փաստենք, որ ունենք կառուցվածքային գործազրկություն, ունենք թափուր աշխատեղեր, որոնք չենք համալրվում: Կարևոր բաղադրիչներից մեկը պետք է համարենք աշխատավարձի ու թափուր աշխատատեղի միջև դիսբալանսի վերացումը»,-նշեց նախարարը:
Հաջորդն, ըստ նրա, բնակարանային ապահովության խնդիրն է, անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել լրացուցիչ պայմաններ բնակչության տարբեր խմբերի համար` լուծելու իրենց բնակարանային ապահովության հարցը: «Երկրում պետք է լինի համարժեք սոցիալական բնակարանային ֆոնդ»,-ասաց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը: Անդրադառնալով մատչելի բնակարանների ծրագրերին` նա նկատեց, որ լրջագույն հարց է կանխավճարի և ունեցած աշխատավարձի պայմաններում հիպոթեքային վարկի սպասարկումը: «Հետևաբար, վերլուծությունների շրջանակներում դուրս ենք բերել այն ցուցանիշները, որ այդ ծրագրերն անելի լավ աշխատեն: Առաջիկա տարվա ընթացքում նախատեսում ենք ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավմամբ ազգային ծրագրի հաստատում»,-ընդգծեց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այդ ծրագրում անդրադարձ կկատարվի նաև ամուսնության միջին տարիքին, դրա բարձրացումը մտահոգում է իրենց: «Ըստ վիճակագրության` տղամարդանց դեպքում ամուսնական միջին տարիքը 30 տարեկան է, կանանցը` 27: Սա մեզ մտահոգում է, քանի որ ծնունդների խրախուսման առումով մենք պետք է իջեցնենք ամուսնական միջին տարիքը: Բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ այսօր երիտասարդները ավելի շատ կարևորում են կարիերան, մասնագիտությունը, աշխատանքը և երկորրդ պլան է մղվում ընտանիք կազմելը: Մենք պետք է հորդորենք, որ մեկը մյուսին չի խանգարում, այլ փոխլրացնում է»,-շեշտեց ն ախարարը:
Արտեմ Ասատրյանը նաև նշեց, որ պարզ վերարտադրություն կարելի է ապահովել, եթե ծնելիության գումարային գործակիցը 2.1 լինի, մինչդեռ այդ ցուցանիշը մեզ մոտ 1.6 է: Հետևաբար, դեռ շատ անելիքներ կան ոչ միայն աշխատանքի ու սոցիալական հարցերի, այլև առողջապահության նախարարությունների կողմից:
