«Գազի Հովոյի» նկատմամբ հրազենով մահափորձ կատարած կասկածյալը հայտնաբերվել է Վրաստանում
SOCIETYԵրեկ՝ ապրիլի 1-ին, Վրաստանում տեղի ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության ծառայողների ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների հիման վրա, իրականացրել են հատուկ օպերացիա, որի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Հայաստանում իրենց գործընկերների կողմից ստացված տեղեկությունները հավաստի են եղել:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, մարտի 31-ին ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի կողմից հետախուզում էր հայտարարվել Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Ռաֆայել Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ։
Ինչպես հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս կասկածվում է մարտի 28-ին Արտաշատ քաղաքում հրազենով Արտաշատում հայտնի «Գազի Հովոյի» նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու մեջ։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ռ․ Խաչատրյանը, ով հանցագործությունից կարճ ժամանակ անց լքել էր Հայաստանը, հետախուզվում է ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասին (սպանության փորձ) և ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք կրելու, պահելու, օգտագործելու) մեղադրանքով։
