Արցախի Արդարություն կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.
ԱՄՆ-ի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներկայիս ռազմավարական նպատակը ոչ թե Ուկրաինային օգնելն է կամ հակամարտող կողմերին բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ նստեցնելը, այլ հակառակը: Նկատենք, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի կողմից հիբրիդային պատերազմը Ռուսաստանի դեմ տարվում է այնպես, որ Ուկրաինան ծառայում է որպես մարտադաշտ, իսկ ուկրաինացիները կենդանի թիրախ են։ Նրանց մյուս առավելությունն այն է, որ կարող են ռազմական առումով թուլացնել Ռուսաստանին Ուկրաինայում՝ միաժամանակ խուսափելով միջուկային տերության հետ անմիջական առճակատումից: Այս առումով, նրանց համար անհրաժեշտ է Ռուսաստանի սահմանների մոտ ապակայունացման օջախներ բռնկելը, որը կշեղի և կթուլացնի Ռուսաստանին: Որքան երկար ՆԱՏՕ-ն ու նրանց դաշնակիցները զենք մատակարարեն Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերին, այնքան ռազմական հատուկ գործողությունը ձեռք կբերի ավելի կործանարար բնույթ, որի պատասխանատվությունը Միացյալ Նահանգները կդնեն Ռուսաստանի վրա։ Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար շատ կարևոր է չդառնալ այս իրականության մեջ Արևմուտքի կամ ԱՄՆ-ի ձեռքում գործիք, հակառակ դեպքում ներկայիս մարտադաշտը իր խաղի կանոններով կտեղափոխվի մեր մոտ: Այսօր Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակը շատ առումներով նման է 1942-1943 թվականներին. Թուրքիան այդ տարիներին Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի սահմաններին կենտրոնացրել էր մինչև 750 հազարանոց զորախումբ և սպասում էր Ստալինգրադի համար ճակատամարտի ելքին՝ ԽՍՀՄ-ի դեմ «երկրորդ ճակատ» բացելու համար։ Այնպես որ, կարծես թե, Կիևը հեռու է, բայց Երևանից և Ստեփանակերտից երևում է:
