Զինված ուժերում բարեփոխումները սկսված են. Պաշտպանության փոխնախարար
POLITICSՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Արման Սարգսյանը վստահեցնում է, որ Զինված ուժերում բարեփոխումները սկսված են և ընթացքի մեջ են: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Սարգսյանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում՝ անդրադառնալով «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանի հարցին:
Մանուկյանն ասաց, որ հանձնաժողովում պարբերաբար եղել է խոստում՝ ներկայացնելու ԶՈՒ բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգ:
«Մինչև հիմա Պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նիստերի ընթացքում չի ներկայացվել որևէ օրենսդրական փաթեթ, որը կլրացներ այդ բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգը»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:
Գեղամ Մանուկյանը դժգոհեց՝ Կառավարությունն իր հաշվետվությունում նշել է, որ պատրաստվել է Զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումների փաթեթ, սակայն մինչև հիմա ԱԺ, Պաշտպանության հանձնաժողով չի ներկայացվել այդ բարեփոխումների փաթեթը: Նա հետաքրքրվեց, թե ե՞րբ է ՊՆ-ն պատրաստվում, ի վերջո, առարկայական ներկայացնել այդ փաթեթը:
Փոխնախարարն էլ հիշեցրեց, որ ԱԺ-ում ունեցել են օրենքներում կատարվելիք փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ քննարկում:
«Ընդ որում, ՊՆ ներկայացվել են առաջարկներ նաև «Հայաստան» խմբակցության կողմից, ԱԺ մյուս խմբակցությունները նույնպես ներկայացրել են: Բարեփոխումները սկսված են»,-վստահեցրեց Սարգսյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ, եթե որոշ քաղաքական ուժերի համար դրանք տեսանելի չեն, ապա դա քաղաքական գնահատականի հարց է:
«Բայց այդ բարեփոխումները մեկնարկել են: Թե՛ օրենսդրական, թե՛ այլ առումով դրանք այս պահին գտնվում են ընթացքի մեջ»,-եզրափակեց Սարգսյանը:
