«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը հատկապես վերջին շրջանում ավագանու նիստերի ու գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցությունների ժամանակ, ինչպես քաղաքապետարանում են կես կատակ-կես լուրջ ասում, իրեն դնում է «կինոյի տղայի» տեղը. բոլորի հետ խոսում է ոչ միայն մուննաթով, այլև հոխորտալով, ցինիզմով, սարկազմով:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Սարգսյանի այս պահվածքը առաջին հերթին պայմանավորված է ինքնահաստատման մղումով՝ ցույց տալու, որ քաղաքապետն ինքն է: Սա ընդունված է համարել «անգլիական թագուհու» բարդույթ:
Բանն այն է, որ քաղաքապետ «նշանակվելուց» հետո փաստացի տապալել է քաղաքապետարանի կառավարումը, ձախողել գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտները, ինչը, սակայն, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ փորձում է գցել այլոց «գրպանը»: Երեկ էլ, օրինակ՝ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցրեց «նպատակային պռավալ տալու» առումով: Սրան զուգահեռ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, քաղաքապետին նյարդայնացնում է «անգլիական թագուհու» և խիստ ժամանակավորության հեռանկարը, ուստի փորձում է ուժեղ քաղաքապետի կերպար ապահովել:
Սակայն քաղաքապետարանի մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ դա էլ չի օգնում, որովհետև բոլորն էլ շատ լավ գիտեն, թե իրականում ով է «ասողը»:
